Daniele used the Power of Veto to remove herself as a nominee for eviction.

Jen, as Head of Household, was then forced to make a decision on which house guest would take Daniele's place.

Jen chose Joe Barber, the 23 year old receptionist from Chicago, as her new nominee.

 

Dick Donato and Joe Barber fates now lie in the hands of their house mates. 10 votes will be cast in the Diary Room on Wednesday, before the Live Eviction on Thursday night. If there is a tie, Jen, as HOH, will break the tie choosing either Dick or Joe for eviction.

Joe's over the top game play has been a bit too much for some of the Big Brother house guests to handle. However, because of his game play of bending the truth, lying, and simply just stirring the pot, some see him as a likely target in the future and have thought about keeping him in the house for that very reason.

But, Joe is not alone with his over the top attitude. House guest Dick Donato has created quite the stir inside the Big Brother house with his abrasive nature and his hatred of now Head of Household, Jen Johnson. In fact, many of the other house such as Jen Johnson, the 23 year old, single nanny/bikini model and Kail Harbick, the 37 year old, business woman from a small town in Oregon, are worried that other house guests, including themselves, would be afraid to nominate Dick in the future.

Joe begins by talking with Daniele asking for her vote and saying that if he doesn't have her support he just won't try. Then he pulls Kail aside asking who the people are in the house that things he is a problem. Kail tells his that she is not one of them and that she had no part in Jen's decision, that if she had he would not be on the block.

We know that Joe will bring it this week as he fights to stay in the Big Brother house and we'll bring all that to you with our live feed updates. But, here's something that happened today that could stir the waters to come.

Kail knows if Dick stays in the house that she is his next likely target. She's not entirely sure why as she is convinced that Dick "owes her one" for not putting Daniele on the block when she was Head of Household. She has told, Mike, Jen, Amber and anyone else who would listen that Dick, kissed her on the hand and told her that he "owed her one". She's said over and over again that she is going to remind Dick of that fact. But, today we find her looking for a bit of help from his very own daughter Daniele. Who she told Jen that she feels very close to and safe with. Here's the conversation as Kail tells Daniele the "kiss on the cheek" story.

Daniele- why would he vote for you?
Kail - I dunno that is what I heard that he would put me up -
Daniele- I will talk to him for you
Kail - ok because I did not ask for a deal - he told me that
Dani- I will talk to him but its so hard I feel like I am walking around with a big X on my forehead and it sucks - it sucks so bad - it wasn't my choice - ( to have him here ) and he is like the biggest freaking mouth in the house - and by doing that people think like we are associated and whatever like- whatever- people can think whatever they want to but when it comes down to it I am not here for him- why would I be - I mean it's just annoying - it sucks - I feel like I got screwed the most out of everyone in the house - it really sucks
Kail- that is why I don't mind keeping him here but when I hear that - it scares me keeping him here- I am like wait a minute you just kissed me on the cheek and now you ...
Daniele interrupts says yeah I know you are not gonna want him here if he is gonna turn around and..
Kail-yeah why would I do that if he went back on his word that I didn't even ask for- I didn't even ask for it - he just told me.
Daniele- I will talk to him.
Kail- ok I would feel so much more comfortable- because I really have no problems with him except for that
Daniele- I promise I will talk to him
Kail - ok
Daniele comes back says - you know you and I don't talk about the game - and that is fine- I really I like you as a person so much and I don't know where I stand with you game wise - and that is fine but I really want you to know that I like you as a person - and I will help you I promise you have my word
Kail - ok thank you
They hug

But...

Daniele goes straight to Amber
Daniele- Kail is begging me to talk to my dad for her -she is so scared- and I told her I like her as a person and that I would talk to him for her
Amber-- you said that?
Daniele- yes
Amber- next week we are putting up Kail and Zach.
Daniele - well if I can get my dad to put up Zach and Mike or Jen then that would be good - you know just so it looks like.
