Big Brother Updates Interview with Ronnie Talbott's Wife Michelle Talbott

   Big Brother 11 Head of Household Ronnie Talbott has certainly given Big Brother fans something to talk about this season. We knew from his preseason interviews that he was a uber Big Brother fan, we knew that he had studied the game, and we knew that he was ready to play. But, I don't think that any one of us truly knew exactly how hard Ronnie would hit the ground running. Well, that is except for his wife Michelle. Before we get to the interview with Michelle, I just wanted to say that it can't be easy for any family member to watch their loved one entangled with 12 other strangers on a Reality TV show.  And, in terms of difficulty, Big Brother would top that list because no other reality show offers the live internet feeds. Big Brother fans tune in each and every day to take an uncensored look inside the Big Brother house and each Big Brother house guest. They form personal opinions about each house guest, their game play and every movement that they make 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

Since Ronnie has reigned as Head of Household this week, he's flipped the Big Brother 11 house every which way but loose. And, love him or not, he's created quite a stir among Big Brother fans from all over. But, there's always two sides to every story, even one that plays out live on the internet.

So, here's a small look into Ronnie's world outside of the Big Brother house through his wife Michelle.

And, before we jump right into it all.... I'd like to say thanks to Michelle for doing this interview and giving Big Brother fans some insight into Ronnie outside and inside the game of Big Brother. And, I'd like to thank the members of this website for their participation in providing some of the questions that you and other Big Brother fans really wanted to know.

Here we go ...

Q - Is Ronnie really a teacher?

Michelle - Ronnie is a teacher. He doesn’t have a class yet but he teaches. He directed a play this past spring at the high school. 

Q - Do you think that Ronnie is playing way too hard?

Michelle - I think Ronnie is going after what he wants. Ronnie is the type of person who tries hard at everything in life. 

Q - Is he trying to fit in?

Michelle - Who wouldn’t try hard to “fit in” in the Big Brother house? Ronnie is an individual, though, so he is finding his own niche.  

Q - Has he really watched all the previous seasons (in their seasons) or did he study?

Michelle - He watched all the previous season incessantly. He would have it on when we went to bed at night.  He would watch it while he was playing World of Warcraft.  He also would surf the forums and watch the live feeds.

Q - Does he have a photographic memory?

Michelle- Yes 

Q - Do you think that it was a smart for Ronnie to be in a alliance with the jocks or do you feel like it was a bad move?

Michelle- I don’t think that he really has an alliance with the jocks. They may think that he has an alliance but something you need to remember Ronnie is playing for Ronnie.  I think that it was smart for him to make the jocks believe he has an alliance with them.

Q - Which of the houseguest would Ronnie hang out with outside the house? Which one is more like his real friends?

Michelle - I think he would like to hang out with Jeff and Jordan.

Q - Is how Ronnie is playing the game now, strategy-wise, what you and he discussed or is he winging it now?

Michelle - Most of how he’s playing is what he had planned. He went into the house though with a very fluid plan. You know how it is “Expect the Unexpected”.

Q - Has his strategy changed or been consistent with what you talked about?

Michelle - His strategy has remained quite consistent.

Q -  Is the Ronnie we all see the same Ronnie at home?

Michelle- No, of course not. Ronnie is a great person. He is great at telling stories but not lies. Ronnie has an amazing sense of humor. He makes me laugh every day. Ronnie also would do anything for a friend. He once drove from West Virginia to Oklahoma for a friend.

Q -  What do you think will be Ronnie's biggest downfall in the game?

Michelle - I really can’t call it. Every time I get concerned he has reasoning behind what he did. I believe he is paying a smart game.  I am concerned people are starting to catch on to him playing both sides but he will find a way to spin it.

 Q -  What move/decision are you the most proud of that Ronnie has made thus far and what move are you the least proud of?

Michelle- I am proud that he made Head of Household. I wish he would have done better at the pipe challenge.

Q -  What do you see him doing that will take him to the Final 2?

Michelle - I think just being him. He needs to find a way to spin the fact that he was playing both sides. If he can win back Casey, Michele, Jordan and Jeff, then I think he will be insulated.  I don’t entirely trust the Athletes.

Q - What did Ronnie say he would like to do with the money if he won Big Brother?

Michelle - We will buy ourselves a house. He also wanted to refurbish the theatre at our local high school, Parkersburg South. He will also give money to South speech and debate team. The rest will go into a savings account.

Q - Do you or Ronnie's parents watch the live feeds constantly and go to forums/chats?

Michelle - Yes, we both go to the feeds and forums. Ronnie’s mom gets more upset about what she reads than I do. I try to tell her that people have trouble distinguishing between reality and reality tv. It is her son though so sometimes it does go to her heart.

Q - What do his parents think of the way he is playing the game?

Michelle - His parents think that he is brilliant. 

Q - Is it difficult taking all the negativity from Big Brother Fans against Ronnie?

 Michelle- I’m going to be completely honest. Sometimes it is difficult. I get many messages from people that are all twisted up in the game.

Q - A fellow WoW player ( World of WarCraft ) would like to know ... 

Do you think Ronnie is playing BB WoW style or do you think that he is just winging it from the seat of his pants by Ninja looting everyone (In game term for what Ronnie is basically doing). Did he go in with this strategy?

Michelle - Ronnie went in with a strategy. We actually talked about it at great lengths. We looked at what worked previously and what he could make work. We talked about different scenarios. I don’t that he could have been anymore prepared than what he was.

Q - Did Ronnie remove himself from his guild and put himself in a guild alone, due to being in the BB house because if he plays 12 hours a day his gear is in bad shape.

Michelle -  I don’t know the answer to that.

Q - Also, does Ronnie play WoW as a full time job, because how else can he afford to play 12 hours a day. Is he an in game CSR?

Michelle -  Ronnie does not play WOW as a full time job. He just really enjoys the game.

Q - Can you shed any light to the Big Brother fans who have watched Ronnie and you in the  Chip and Zack puppet show? Why was it made?

Michelle - That’s so funny. I can’t believe that you noticed me in it too. It was so much fun making Chip and Zack. I can always say that I “made out” with a puppet. We auditioned for Chip and Zack because it looked like fun. It was a student production at Marshall University.

Q -  If there was one piece of advice that you could give Ronnie at this moment, what would it be and why?

Michelle - I would tell him that he needs to watch his back. Russell is after him. Keep working at it!

I asked Michelle if there was any thing else she would like to add to this interview.. and she thanked me for giving her the opportunity to answer your questions and share the real Ronnie.

The live feeds give us an uncensored look at house guests such as Ronnie as they find their own way through this crazy game. And, remember it is a "game". Ronnie is a uber Big Brother fan and he's playing it fast and hard. Maybe too hard for some, but would you expect any thing less from a uber fan?
