James Zinkand's world was turned upside down and inside out yesterday as he was evicted out of and then returned to the Big Brother 9 house.
A controversial twist put the vote between
America's Choice Alex Coladonato
and newly evicted James Zinkand into the hands of the house guests.
Fearing the unknown "Mystery Box" the house guests voted 5 to 3 for James to return to the Big Brother house.
The votes fell this way
Voting "Mystery Box" - Matt, Ryan and Shelia
Voting for James to return - Chelsia, Joshuah, Sharon, Adam and Natalie.
The Head of Household Competition was as expected Endurance.

The "line in the sand" according to James was drawn by Ryan Quicksall who in a surprise move back doored James once Chelsia Hart won the Power of Veto and removed herself as a nominee.
During the Endurance Head of Household competition last night
James- I just got back in the house - it's gonna take and act of God to get me down.
It wasn't an act of God but Natalie's body breaking down that finally pushed her to her limit and she dropped after making a deal with James that she and Matt would be safe this week.
Natalie sobbing
James- but you know I had to do this for me right? -I got 86'ed from this house and I had to do it- I love you and I'm not gonna break my word.
James didn't break his word with his Nominations
as Ryan Quicksall and Shelia Kennedy are nominated for eviction.
Just after James' nominations ...
Matt and Natalie in the Storage Room
Matt- who do you want to see go Ryan or Shelia
Natalie- Shelia but that's not gonna happen
Matt- I don't think so either - I am going to vote for Ryan to stay
Natalie- exactly me too
Matt- but if we win POV- we aren't using it
Natalie- yeah that is what I was gonna say we CANNOT USE THE POV
Matt- I will make a deal with James during the POV comp- I want to win his trust back - I will say look I will win the POV and I'm not gonna use it
Natalie- yeah I broke even with him by voting him back in
Matt- I'm gonna tell him the truth
Natalie- now he gave me the trust back - he's on a whole new trust level with me and so we need to get on his side
Matt- that's what I'm gonna do - I'm gonna- I wanna - and.... we are gonna work with someone else on down the line - we are gonna work with Josh
Natalie- exactly
Matt- just Josh
Natalie- Joshuah loves me he wants me on his side
Matt- that's what we are gonna do
Ryan and Shelia talk about being nomiated by James
Ryan - this was the worst thing that could have happened to us- I back door him - you lie to his face -he comes back - we're F***ed
Shelia- I refuse to let these people get the best of me especially THESE people
