Known to his friends as "Russell the Lovemuscle," this commercial real-estate broker is certain to be a favorite in the BIG BROTHER house. Loud and brash, Russell holds nothing back and is always ready for a fight. In fact, his brash personality is probably his biggest asset outside the house, where he is a mixed martial arts fighter. He claims nothing scares him and that includes the game of BIG BROTHER.
Russell's biggest pet peeve is people who don’t think before they act, but only because he's made mistakes while doing just that. In college, he was in a motorcycle accident while trying to impress a group of girls. The crash left him temporarily paralyzed and it took six surgeries to get him back into fighting form.
Now Russell is ready to tackle a new form of competition against his fellow Houseguests. It's a challenge and he'll do with a smile on his face because, according to Russell, "if you’re not smiling, you’re not living."
Russell has previously lived in Southern California and Lebanon. His birth date is September 1, 1984.

going to keep my eye on this guy..also..if he doesnt let the others know he is in M-M-arts, and can win comps I love the UFC..so i can relate to this guy...he might stay..but i bet he is going to be the 1st one out the door, thats if he doesnt get into a alliance that wins the 1st hoh..then he could be safe...he doesnt seem into himself, but i bet alot will be after this guy ..day one. JMO

ohhh gosh crappy, i mean cappy lol..i dont get that from him, he is taller, cute, and younger....just got to see if he is/ or isnt a jerk..[i hope not] but i do think the others will feel he needs to go fast....just b/cuz he looks like he can win comps, so he better get into a alliance fast and hope he or a allaince member wins 1st hoh, i dont think he is going to let them know about his MM Arts skills, and natille said in her bio that she ISNT going to let the others know about her's, so they think she is weak, maybe these 2 can see they are kinda the same in game play...who knows they might share that they are both into M Arts...and bust through the bb house, but there is no way i am calling any favs right now...i got to wait..he is not even close as a fav for me just by the pics and bio..got to wait
Of course, if he doesn't have anyone minding his profiles while he's gone, it may be a while before you get added, lol.

He has a really sweet face without the Jesse-esque musclehead look...and, he's not quite as doughy as Ryan!! Maybe he's the man I've been lookin' for all this time!!
Martial arts could mean that he's got a gentle spirit, though I've known mean martial artists too, so that's no guarantee, and the paralysis could give him a sangunity and drive that the others lack...
VERDICT: I like him!
(DISCLAIMER: I HATED Dan at this point and then rode the Dan Train all the way to the end...my verdicts have no bearing on reality!!)
