Good Morning Everyone! Hope you all have a great 4th of July weekend!

My first time posting in the chatter thread and I was almost first. I just spent a little time at the OLTL message board which is the only soap I watch. Another guilty pleasure. All I can say about the people on that board is WOW. Jumping down each others throats and making fun of the actors. Then I can come here and get calmed down. Best website and best people on the net. People think that just because they are posting on the web that they can say anything. I guess it is road rage for nerds.

Now making fun of BB contestants is a whole different ball game. Let the games begin. How many days?

You should come chat ALL the time...rather than road rage, it's much more fun to multi-task...you have to have 4 tabs open in Explorer...one for chatter, one for LF discussion, one for LF updates and one for mindless surfing...though this year I'm going to have to add a Facebook tab and a SuperPoke tab and possibly a Farkle tab, 'cuz D-mom and Shaa and JustMom and all the ladies over on FB have decided that I didn't have enough to do this summer and have gotten me involved in Super Poke and Farkle!!! OY VEY!! I am SUCH a joiner!!

And good morning to all!! The toddler sleep over last night beat the carp out of me, so it's road trip day with my sister...we're planning on getting 3 cups of coffee and 2 packs of cigarette a piece...Monday is "Patch Day", so I'm just going to smoke out of every orifice from now until then. (And for those of you who may recall that I have begun each BB season with talk of quitting and the patch...HUSHY HUSHY!!) LOL!!

Morning everyone. One week from today, I will be staring at my laptop yelling, "wake up people, wake up". Can't wait!! Either that or I will be on my way to Milwaukee to visit my MIL. I know my hubby wants to go sometime this month, he just hasn't made his mind up. I say the sooner the better as far as my having to miss BB shows. Yep, I am selfish like that.

LOL Purr, I think a lot of us, especially anyone not on the west coast, tend to start our day the same way once things get going. Wondering when on earth those lazy butts are going to get out of bed and entertain us.

Well, I am off to help my hubby find that perfect campground he is seeking. I will be back later tonight. Oh I forgot, also to find the great hunting grounds for our own personal Huckleberry Finn.

I also am in the process of trying to quit smoking. Not having a lot of success which in part is due to the fact that I love them. I could smoke two at a time right now if I had any. I think if I could lock myself in the house for a month without any way to go buy smokes I think I could quit. That wouldn't work either since I can just wait til hubby goes to sleep and steal his.

Donnarai, I have found that if you don't really want to quit, it probably isn't going to happen. I quit 19 years ago, but it was my 3rd real attempt. You really have to want it for yourself. Good luck to you and Kim and anyone else that is trying to kick the habit. I know how difficult it can be.

Just got caught up on the chatter. I'm a heavy smoker myself with some vague notion of cutting back - it doesn't work. I'll have to make a strong committment todo it but for now I really enjoy my cigs! (I'm crazy but I take after my mother who feels the same!)

Now, I have to go find out what a FARKLE is!!!!
