Johnny Mac - If I won HoH, I'd put up the Goblins and then backdoor...
Steve- Vanessa.
John- Yeah
Steve - just because you think she's coming after you...
Johnny Mac - yeah and because of...
Steve- everything...
Johnny Mac- yeah ... and if we do 5 with these 3 ( Austin/Twins ) .. it's not that bad of a situation if we play the HoH's right..
Steve- but I feel nervous going in .. out numbered...
Johnny Mac- but what I'm saying is... if we go into the 5.. with 2 people playing in that HoH .. it's pretty much even.
Steve- but that would rely on neither of us, winning the HoH in the Final 6..
Johnny Mac- right.... do you think they would turn on us ...
Steve- I dunno ...
Johnny Mac- that's thinking too far ahead?
Steve- I'm just thinking numbers...
Johnny Mac- Vanessa, we can't trust
Steve- I know we can't
Johnny Mac- but it's getting to the point that it doesn't matter, who we can trust ...
Steve - here's what I have to say about trust .. We don't trust Vanessa.. I'm not arguing that ... at all... we can't tell her anything.. she can't know what's going on .. I agree 110% on that ...
Johnny Mac- yeah ...
Steve - she's going after the people that have her figured out ...
Johnny Mac- which is me...
Steve- Becky had her figured out ... Jackie had her figured out.. Shelli had her figured out ... . you told me that .. she's going after the people that have her figured out ...
Johnny Mac - yeah
Steve - don't leave me alone with Vanessa. Bro Tip #53 "Bros don't leave Bros alone with Vanessa"...
Johnny Mac- okay I won't ... do we make a 5 with Austin and then go to her ( Vanessa ) and say let's make a 3 ... is that what we do?
Steve- I think we should talk to Austin and the twins and see what they think.... I might go do that right now .. I'll go talk to them right now... do you mind?
Johnny Mac- no... go .. you like this plan?
Steve- I do. But I don't want to feel like I'm pushing you into something... you down?
Johnny Mac- it makes sense.. we go to the ( Austin/twins ) tell them we have a 5 ( alliance ) and then tell them that we are going to keep Vanessa close, to keep her calmed down ..
Steve- I'm going up to talk to them...
Johnny Mac- one last thing.. do we tell them that we are working together?
Steve- they know .. they ****ing know...
Steve leaves to talk to to Austin and the twins... but only finds the twins as Austin is in the DR...
Steve- are we all in?
Twins- to keep him ( Johnny Mac)
Steve- to bring him in the 5 ...
Twins- yes
Julia thinks that Liz should talk to Johnny Mac alone. Liz thinks it should be in a group, Steve agrees. After much back and forth, they bring Johnny Mac up to talk with him ( Austin is still in the DR )
1:46 AM BBT - Johnny Mac joins them...
Julia to John- I am definitely going to vote to keep you....hopefully you're not worried about it. We definitely want to work with you.
The twins tell Johnny Mac that they will throw the HoH to him if they can ... because they can't be the ones to take out Vanessa.
Johnny Mac- I want it ( HoH ) I want to do it ( be the one that takes Vanessa out). I've wanted it for weeks.
Steve- Is targeting Vanessa the right move one week before someone comes back?
Johnny Mac- She wont come back...
Julia - so moving forward...
Johnny Mac- if Vanessa is throwing it, we only have to beat James and Meg, so we only have to beat James
Julia - right ...
1:56 AM BBT - Austin joins...
Austin - what's this?
They tell him exactly what he thinks it is ...
They tell Johnny Mac again that he's safe, he has their votes.
Austin - I think she (Vanessa) is going to approach you with a deal for next week
Johnny Mac - I will just go with it

Steve to Johnny Mac- I just think next week is the wrong week to go after Vanessa
Johnny Mac- yeah
Steve - I think after someone comes back in and that's done ... ( then go after her )
Johnny Mac- yeah
Steve- you understand what I'm saying...
Johnny Mac- yeah ... go ahead ( out ) they are watching on the HoH camera..
Steve scurries, I suppose "scamper" would be a better word.. outside ...
Steve- " I love how Johnny Mac, thinks we have a Final 2, it's so cute".
Steve to himself- I want James to go next week. There is no question about that. I need to ****ing work on my relationship with Meg. I need to get Meg to like me!!! I need to get Meg to like me! I have this idea in my head.. and I keep not doing it... I need to be like " Hi Meg! Can we actually talk?"
Steve paces around the back yard, mumbling ... " I put you up" ... " no denying it" ... "trying to"... "not denying it for a second" ... etc.
2:26 AM BBT - Steve still pacing/scampering/pacing through the house, in and out of the Storage Room, as he paces, he mumbles.... John, I'm sorry but I cant beat you in the jury...
As he continues to pace he mumbles - James and Meg don't trust me.

Steve to himself- I really don't want to win this HoH. I could go on the block against the Austwins, safe next to Vanessa, safe next to any one in the Scamper Squad or John and I'd be safe. I really don't want this HoH.

Johnny Mac - I think for you and me we have to get Vanessa out next week.
Steve- really?
Johnny Mac- We cant let them take out James or Meg instead ... whichever one comes back, hopefully they win HoH and go after the three (Austin/Liz/Julia)
Steve- I wholeheartedly acknowledge that needs to be done ( breaking the 3 )...
Johnny Mac- Do you think I should go to Vanessa, with a deal that if I get her vote, I won't put her up ..
Steve- would you still put her up?
Johnny Mac- I would do it ...
Steve- even after offering that deal?
Johnny Mac- she's done me wrong.
Steve- if you are cool with that ... if Becky would come back into this game.. who would she go after..
Johnny Mac- Austwins...
Steve- before Vanessa?
Johnny Mac- they did this .. this week...
Steve - who would Jackie go after?
Johnny Mac- Austwins...

Johnny Mac- she's a wild card.. think she would go back with Vanessa...

Steve- how would targeting Vanessa get the target off of us?
Johnny Mac- If we get Vanessa out, one of the Goblins or Shelli comes back.
Steve- you don't think Vanessa would come back?
Johnny Mac- it's either going to be a crap shoot, which she might .. or endurance, which she wont ... can't win against those 3 .. she would come in 4th place against those 3
Steve - yes she would ...
Johnny Mac- we have to make a situation where if we put Vanessa on the block, neither side is tempted to vote out the other ( person on the block with her )
Steve- you would have to put up an easy pawn.. is what you're suggesting...
Johnny Mac- yeah .. if you put up Vanessa and Meg... Austin and the twins might vote Meg out ... they might start thinking for their game.. they need to get out these people...
Steve- are you suggesting we use each other as pawns?
Johnny Mac- we could... or we could go to the ( Austwins ) and say that one of them needs to go up... ( as a pawn )
Steve- that could be risky ...
Johnny Mac- but if we don't do it.. they might try to get rid of James or Meg, because they arescared of who is coming back.. if we put them up there, it's in their best interest to get rid of James or Meg.. not Vanessa...
Steve- who do you feel if James/Meg stay and Becky or Jackie come back?
Johnny Mac- that's fine.. Vanessa gone they would go after Austwins... and that would pretty much clear up our mistake for double eviction...
Steve- it was my mistake.. not yours...
Johnny Mac- If I were you, I wouldn't worry if Becky or Jackie come back..... we could smooth things over
Steve - The reason I kind of want to keep her (Vanessa) around is she would be a nice big target.
Johnny Mac- But that's only for one week
Steve - I feel like Vanessa is going to be such a good target for the person that comes back
Johnny Mac- I don't think so. It's numbers now.... the longer she is here.. the bigger we are as targets... we need to get Vanessa out and get one of those girls back in, that way's it's 3 vs 3 and we're sitting on the sides. It doesn't make any sense for them (Austin/Liz/Julia) to get rid of her (Vanessa). Zero sense.
Steve - You'd want to put up Vanessa and a twin or Vanessa and Austin?
Johnny Mac- I'd have to put Vanessa and a twin up...or Vanessa and you
Steve- Are you really going to nominate me?
Johnny Mac - I don't want....we could figure out something better... cause there's no way in hell those 3 ( Austwins ) will get rid of you.
Steve- why?
Johnny Mac- because you just did them a solid and got rid of Jackie...
Steve- but there's no way in hell they would get rid of one of their own either ...
Johnny Mac- I'm worried that if James or Meg win HoH, if they will go after them ( Austwins ) .. they could make a similar deal that we just made and come after us.. you know?
Steve -that's what makes me nervous about going up as a pawn... the Austwins might have the same deal with James and Meg.
Johnny Mac- you think they do?
Steve- They did keep them safe this week. There's a reason that they used you as a pawn instead of Meg
Johnny Mac - You're right
Steve- That deal might exist.... Final 5 of Austin, Liz, Julia, James, and Meg ...
Johnny Mac- only way we could find out is if we won HoH... and then we could ask them..
Steve- you think they would blab?
Johnny Mac- to save themselves.. yeah .. oh yeah
Steve- it sounds like a good week for you to win HoH then..
Johnny Mac- yeah.
Steve - so your fear of Vanessa has nothing to do with things she has lied about?
Johnny Mac- at the time it did... but now it's numbers
Steve- I wasn't sold on this Vanessa thing when you first brought it up. The more you're talking, you are making a lot of sense
Johnny Mac- as long as there is groups of 3 ...we're okay
Steve- Exactly
Johnny Mac- If Shelli comes back, that might actually hurt our games cause she would come to us. That would put a target on us ...We would want Jackie or Becky back.
Steve- You are right. You are totally right ... we need to play nice with the Austwins and not mention this ... until Thursday
Johnny Mac- right
Steve - I think we are at the point where Liz means more to Austin than the game, which is funny cause she doesn't even like him much. He ( Austin ) will be blindly loyal to them ( twins)... she's not going to date him outside this house.. she's having fun.. I'm sure she likes him a little bit...
Well... she certainly is having fun and she certainly likes his umm... finger...

Austin- Am I? Did I just wack it and not realize it? What happened to my finger, why doesn't it hurt?

It certainly looks like Becky's game is over this week, but there's always that chance to come back into the game. If it's an endurance competition that provides Becky that chance, it should prove to be an epic battle, against Shelli and Jackie and whoever the 4th potential jury member turns out to be.
I can't think of a better way to end this article other than using another reference from James yesterday... when he said ...
It's Day 61 and we have all lost our minds
Day 62 in the Big Brother 17 only continued the madness and the crazy drama ...
