Vanessa tells Liz that she's "good for that deal" ( the F2 deal she made with Liz ).
Vanessa- he ( Steve ) just can't know about it
Liz- 100%
Vanessa- no matter what he and I come to you and say over the next couple of days, you know the real deal that you and I have. I give you my word on Mel, okay?
Liz- I know.
Vanessa- I know you trust me and in my book, my word is only as good as to the person I'm giving it. And, if someone has given me loyalty over the course of the game, my word is good to them. Steve has betrayed me in this game, many times, more than you know and he doesn't deserve that level of loyalty from me.
Liz- I'm going to cry ...
Vanessa- I just want you to know, that I'm going to keep my end of the bargain. On the other hand, if he wins, he's going to take me, I hope you understand that.
Liz- 100%
Vanessa- I think I'm a favorite to beat him... and I'd rather beat him and take you. So, I'm going to all I can to win.. and to make Steve feel comfortable.. we are going to come to you, he's going to want us to tell you that we are taking each other but.. I am not taking him. Okay?
Liz- okay
Vanessa- I give you my word on Mel, which you know I'm not going to lie.
Liz - I know .. and this has just been so hard on me.. because I feel like I'm just dead in the water
Vanessa- you're not dead in the water...
Liz- I don't want to be know as a stupid Victoria.
Vanessa- you're not .. and I won't do you dirty... but if he wins and he takes me.. I am praying to God, that I have your .. your sister and Austin's votes.
Liz- Oh My God, A Million Percent.
Vanessa- I know that whoever I'm up against, I'm going to lose probably.. just because I don't think people realize how much I've played, how many moves I've made.. because a lot of them .. I did behind the scenes... but I've helped so many people.... like with the strategy of it.. if you only knew.. all the **** that I did..
Liz- I think you are going to win.. I want you to win. I think you of all of us.. deserve it the most.
Vanessa tells Liz that she tells her that she has a "killer speech" to use on Steve, to evict him and she really hopes she gets the chance to use it. She says that Steve "is a good kid" but he's been selfish in the game, only looking out for himself.
Liz promises Vanessa again that Steve hasn't talked to her and she doesn't think there's any way that he would take her ( Liz ) to the Final 2, over Vanessa.
Vanessa catches back up with Liz later that evening (10:55 PM ) and reiterates the same message to Liz, that she promises that if she wins against Steve, she will take her to the Final 2 and if she loses, and Steve takes her ( Vanessa) to the finals, that "all she can hope" is that Austin is over it.

Liz- I'm going to tackle the elephant in the room. I wouldn't be surprised if you guys were taking each other. I know you are scared, that I have 2 votes in the jury. I basically don't have anything left, I would love it if you guys take me, the one thing I do have control over is my vote. So, if you guys want to give me your spiel, I'd love to hear it. Don't worry about me.
Vanessa - oh, Liz that makes me sad
Steve- Liz, nooooo
Liz- and I love you both.
Vanessa- and we love you too.
Steve- yes, yes.
Vanessa then tells Liz that she and Steve have always been loyal to the "Scamper Squad" ... but around Day 40, it was apparent that she (Liz ) and Austin were going to become a "thing". So, that meant, her ( Liz ), Austin and Julia, were close. And, that opened the door, to a "big bonding" opportunity for her ( Vanessa ) and Steve.
Vanessa- Right around Day 40, we made a Final 2 deal. Steve and I. We've been very loyal to each other since then
Vanessa tells Liz again that she and Steve were loyal to the "Scamper Squad" but they both knew that "at best they were 4th" in the group. And, that it was a "really tough spot" for both of them.. if they both didn't at least have each others backs.
Vanessa to Liz- beyond that, all I can say is that I respect you very much. And, no matter what happens tomorrow, there's no doubt in my mind, that all 3 of us are going to have successful lives.
Vanessa continues with her speech, telling Liz that she respects her, she has so many gifts and talents and that she underestimated her.
She tells Liz that she is strategic, that she flies under the radar, with her intelligence, she's very intelligent and very good at this game. And, that it's been an honor to play along side her.
Steve just keeps saying "Liz, why did you do this" ...
Liz - let's drop it.. I don't want to cry anymore...
Liz- this is a horrible game, but it's a fun game...
Steve- I need a hug now.
Liz- as long as I'm not a Victoria I'm good.
Steve- can I quote Austin .. "Liz, you are a Janelle"
Vanessa - I wish there could be 3 spots at the end.. why can't there be 3 spots at the end
Steve- because this game is design to make us kill each other .. this is the Hunger Games, except without violence.
Will Steve really kick Vanessa to the curb? Will Vanessa really take Liz to the Final 2? How will the jury vote? Who will be the winner of Big Brother 17?
