Nicole arrives in the #BB19 house to host the first HoH Competition of the season...
Teams picked...
Yellow - Josh, Kevin, Elena, Jillian
Orange - Ramses, Christmas, Alex, Jason
Blue - Raven, Megan, Mark, Paul
Pink - Matt, Jess, Cody, Dominique
Each team sends one person on ropes across the back yard to grab an apple.
Top 2 teams with 8 apples advance..... to the next round. ( climbing across the yard on ropes to get the apples )
There is a temptation ... a golden apple that will give you safety for the week.
Should you be the first to pick a golden apple, you will be safe for the week, but you're team will be eliminated from the competition and lose their chance to compete for HoH this week.
Josh takes the golden apple, he's safe - but his team is eliminated from the competition.
The pink and blue teams advance.
Teams need to pick one person from each team to compete.
Paul competes for the Blue Team
Cody competes for the Pink Team
Cody wins - making him the first Head of Household for the #BB19 Season.
Cody says he wants to be the one to "divide the house"
Josh and Megan get salty
( the look on Ramses face tho? right? )
Alex in the DR - Josh is stirring up a big pot of trouble and everyone is watching.
Megan tries ( emphasis on "tries" ) to talk to Cody about not putting her on the block.
Megan in the DR- Cody is stone cold.
Cody in the DR- ( re Megan ) if there's one thing I don't respect "it's begging and selfishness"
Cody tells Matt that he wants to work with him and Mark.
Cody in the DR - I am setting the tone for the rest of the game.
Cody tells Mark that he will target the "outside girls" - Megan, Jillian and Alex.
Cody says he sees Ramses, Jillian, Alex, Megan, Kevin, Jason and Paul the "Outsiders"
He also says if there's a chance he will back door Paul.
Cody in the DR says- along with Mark and Matt, the second part of the team he's trying to build is the "Babes" - which would include Christmas, Dominique, Raven and Elena.
As for Jessica, he says she is a distraction for him in the game.
Cody nominated Jillian and Megan for eviction.
Cody - Megan, I just don't like you that much
Cody - Jillian I feel like your association lies with Megan
