Are there any rumors out there for a twist that doesn't involve All Stars, or a mix a new and vets?

I've seen a rumor that the winner of the veto would name the replacement nominee. If this happened, I could see all the veto players just striking a deal with HOH, so it probably wouldn't be too interesting.
