      Good morning all...
So here's what I see after reading updates: Total Confusion.

Does anyone have a real alliance? No one seems to be sticking to any pledge they have made. Obviously the 8-Pack has disintegrated. For some reason they see Tiffany as such a huge threat (WHY?) that she has to be evicted. So they're going to evict one of their own alliance members instead of Bronte who is in the other alliance.

Nicole tells Day that they're in it to the end together no matter what she says to anyone else, and then she tells Corey that she doesn't trust Day. And then she says they should keep Tiffany. And then she agrees they shouldn't keep Tiffany. (Again, I don't get the evict Tiffany logic). And she's going to ruin her game again with another showmance (not to mention her constant whining and fear).

Paul finally has people trusting him (well, at least Paulie trusts him enough to tell him the Frank-Free-Feeds plan), but then he breaks that trust by telling Bronte about it (along with every other secret he knows).

      I can't figure out Day's plan.

Frank has named almost the entire house as targets depending on whom he is talking to. I have NO idea what he thinks he is doing, either. I think he really wants Nicole, Bridget and Zakiya at the end with him because he thinks he beats them all, but how does he believe he makes it to the end when he talks so much to so many about targeting everyone?

Bridgette, Bridgette, Bridgette....Frank tells her that he Road Killed her and she says, "Thank you?" Oh my goodness.

Paulie seems to have a solid game plan BUT he tells too many people.

Zakiya is letting her crush on Paulie affect her game.

I have to give credit to Corey (that shocks me), Michelle, and James. They at least seem to be quiet and stay consistently on target, although James runs his mouth too much to Natalie. The reason I'm not mad at James about that is that it seems to be working because so far she hasn't told anyone, so James is gathering a side alliance.

I guess the good thing is that one big alliance isn't running the game because there is not a big alliance. I'm having trouble seeing any true alliance that's larger than two people. The Spy Girls are close to being a true alliance, but Bridget's crush on Frank is her priority, so the Spy Girls have been neutralized. Tiffany has no one. The vets are split. 8-Pack is no more. The Fatal Five are no more. Nicole/Corey/Paulie/DaVonne/Zakiya are not a real alliance until Nicole and Day buy in (which could happen, but doesn't look like it so far.

Is there an alliance still standing that is more than two people? Am I missing someone/something? This seems really unusual for this stage of BB.

Maybe she was stunned and didn't know what to say, so she just said that to get away from it... Reminds me of last night's episode when Da said she didn't confront Frank at the time so he wouldn't want to evict her... Even though she was holding in anger and tears... I wonder if they don't know how to act around Frank due to his recent power over them....

Agree with all the above, and the sun is still up in the sky. I don't understand the boot Tiff movement at all. Why let Frank dictate the move. Da/Nic should tell Tiff, go kow-tow to Frank. Then tell Frank, taking out Tiff makes no sense, we want Bronte or Paul gone. Then see how Frank reacts. This silent acquiescence, with hopes they are going to backdoor Frank next week (wasn't that the plan for this week?) seems tailor made for Frank to build up his own little side army. The only potential winner in this is Natalie, who will be the bridge between Frank/Bridgette/Bronte, and James/Da.

My other observation is that Nic is going back to her catty BB16 ways. Now she is ginning up hate and discontent towards Natalie, same as she did with Amber. Now that Tiff is gone (in their minds), time to turn to the next woman. And people wonder why women have such a hard time winning this game.

Did anybody catch that little smooch that Z gave to Paulie. I really don't think Paulie is going to act on that but I think he likes her. Michelle's a hot mess when she's drunk. I think Nicole wants to take Da out as but she doesn't have the ba!!s to do it. If they're not careful the winds going to blow the other way and the newbies are going to have the numbers to knock them out especially if they make true alliances with some of the veterans. It's foolish… It's too early to eat your own.

Oh my God it comes across as so phoney . Brontës pretty phoney as well . I can't believe James smacked Natalie's butt after all the controversy. He should be in admonished as well as Frank.

This House fits this crazy year. Nobody is going by script and too many are suffering from paranoia. Having Bridgette win put their dump Frank plans on hold and tossed them back into the spinning tea cups.

Despite all the dump Bronte talk, still think Tiff will leave. She's never bonded to anyone so no one trusts her. Next question is who will spill the beans to Frank? I just can't see these blabber mouths restraining themselves for a whole week.

Z is playing/using Paulie who is attracted to her. He hugs her and she grins at the camera - telling moment. Nic and Corey have a relationship of convenience rather than true love. James is really attracted to Nat, but she sees him as only a nice guy in the house. Frank is playing Bridgette, who just tossed a real life relationship out the window by cuddling up to him. The only true romance is Paul with himself.

I'm amazed at how much more I respect Bronte. Oh, I still don't like her as a person, but her poise on the Block gives her player points. It's too bad she fell in with the wrong crowd or she could have done damage. But, I think we'll have her to kick around for a while. Paulie and James are my faves just for being good people, but remain targets since nobody wants to sit next to them in Final Two. But they potential has a calm cool team who can win comps when they need them. Paul is the mystery, but I guess he is the Austin this year - a jerk who is for sale each week to be your own personal jerk.

Zak is moving down in my respect since she's just there. She does play the friend game well, but without some comp wins her game will end in jury. Michelle and Corey are also just flotsam to be jettisoned off when need-be. Bridgette has one foot on the Frank train and one on the Spy Girls and neither will get her to the Final Two. None has winner written on them.

Da and Nic will blow up each other with their similar paranoid personalities and Da would more likely pay the price. Natalie could ride the wave to the Final Three.

Would love to see Paul go this week, but the girls are blind to the numbers game (shocker I know) and will do the easier Tiff vote. Then HOH and only thing for sure is that Bridgette won't play. I wouldn't be shocked that Frank will win and Da will be new target. Just the way this season is going.

I don't get the logic behind the get Tiffany out idea either. They should vote Bronte out, but paul would be a good choice too. It looks like Paul may hang around long enough to screw things up. I agree that Nicole and Da are going to hurt each other going forward. Why would Nicole be worried about Natalie. She is harmless at this point. What a weird year..

I think a lot of the anti Tiffany vein comes from her Paranoia which affects each of the other players and her tears. I think deep down many other players find this habit disturbing. Both those items have been mentioned numerous times by the players when it comes to their distrust of Tiffany and desire to see her exit sooner than later.

Did anybody buy at Natalie's "I could date a guy like James on the outside world?" I think Paulie or Cory said she said she doesn't like him like that. I don't think she wants to come across to America is playing him ...but I think that's exactly what she's doing although she seems to be loyal to him. Nobody knows that Frank took away the shock factor of from Bridget by telling her himself… And her saying thank you? Is this Real life right now?! What a weird cast this year.

Could she (Bridg) have said Thank you - to Frank for telling her himself, instead of letting someone else try to blow up his game and tell her.

She made a comment in the earlier part of the season that she likes men you'd be surprised about. Like she isn't into the whole abs and stuff, so it could be real. He makes her laugh and at the end of the day it's all about personality. Right? Right? Please tell me I'm right......

I only get after dark but I'm pretty sure it was Psulie that said she told me she really doesn't like him like that. She likes him but just not like that. And Paulie said he was torn whether not to tell James so he doesn't get played. She does seem sweet and loyal to James thus far.

It was Corey who said Nat told him that. And Paulie I believe knows a guy she dated and has intimated he has stories about her, he won't say on live feeds.

        • #10
Yes Natalie said early on she's been called a chubby chaser. My personal thought is that she needs to be the star in a relationship and that the less handsome guy would treat her better than the pretty boy would. She certainly did not latch on to either Paulie or Corey.

Good morning/afternoon everyone. I had a very busy weekend so couldn't watch the feeds, but appreciate reading the updates and all of your opinions on the game. It makes me feel like I am up to date on everything that has happened.

Tiffany is just too much of a loose cannon and too emotional. That is why she is getting the boot this year. For everyone saying that she isn't her sister, you are right, she isn't. She could have been better than her sister, but coming on the year after Vanessa really hurts Tiffany's chances. The way Vanessa played the game is too fresh in everyone else's minds. Tiffany truly came into the house trying not to be her sister. She is hyper aware of the way that Vanessa was viewed playing this game, and wanted to play differently. She couldn't keep her emotional side in check though. This just further reminds people that she is Vanessa's sister and makes her an easy cut. Tiffany didn't want to make deals or ruin the games of people that she thought was with them. The demise of Tiffany is being viewed as a Frank thing, but truly this all started with Day. Day put Tiff in the crosshairs very early on and there was no escaping that. Tiffany won't win the battle back either, so this is all we are going to see of the sibling of a great player. Sorry Tiff, you could have been a contender, but you wanted to prove too much that you aren't Vanessa.

The real gameplay for this boring week will come closer to Thursday as the sides try to figure out who will really be throwing HOH and who won't. Frank is target #1 next week, followed closely by Bridgette. After that, Paul and Bronte are still always options. At this point, Paul and Bronte are going to float into jury by being the eternal pawns.

Frank's downfall was playing too hard too fast and thinking that he had this game on lock already. If you listen to his gameplan it is completely solid and would be a great way to work it. The problem is he has blabbed way too much and is telling different people different targets. He truly doesn't get that these people talk to each other. Plant a seed Frank, don't bulldoze the whole damn garden. It is irritating to watch this season so far because the gameplay hasn't been spectacular at all. I'm hoping that the battle back winner, and demise of the teams, will spice things up and really get the gamplay going this season.

I'm stuck in Jury Duty for at least the next 2 days, so still won't be able to watch feeds, but will be following along in here while I can to have you fine folks update me.

Once again the girls fall apart. Bridgette gives up her precious HOH to Frank when they could get another guy out, so Tiff departs instead of Paul? Nic and Da decide to target each other? Bronte sees what happening but doesn't even try to make in-roads with the girls beyond her Spy Girls?

Makes me wanna tear my hair extensions out and my false eye lashes off. (But I'll need them when Paulie Boy wins-grin.)

Don't ask questions that you don't want to know the answers to. LOL. Bridgette really is the most oblivisious 1 in that house. I still have no idea why she linked her game to Frank so tightly. Unlike others, I don't think it is a "crush". I think she is just bored and Frank is the only male who has paid her any attention. In fact, Frank is really 1 of 3 people who have paid her any attention. The other 2 being the other spy girls, but even they have pulled back a bit. The only truly loyal spy girl is Bronte. Nat has James and she is telling him more. Bridgette has Frank and, at this point, she is an open book to him. Bronte is the only 1 who has puts the spy girls above all else.

It's indicative of how strange this season is that KeninVA and I are in agreement. Gracious. How can this be? There simply is no good reason to let Frank dictate Tiffany's boot when they hope to get Frank out next and they KNOW Tiffany is on board with that plan. They have no guarantee that Bronte or Paul would go along with evicting Frank. And you're right...they can't be certain that Frank won't have enough ammunition and HGs to start his own side army.

I feel like they aren't playing BB yet...they're playing some kind of school-yard game that includes talking badly about whoever is not in the room at the time in an effort to move up the totem pole. But they've forgotten they need to stick with a strategy...just badmouthing with no consistent plan isn't enough.

And KeninVA, I am now sorry that I pulled for Nicole earlier this season. She tricked me because I remembered how she tried to play hard after winning her way back into the house in BB16. Trouble is that I had forgotten how catty she was before that point. She's now slowly working her way through trashing every female, and I was hoping she had matured and changed.

As Maya Angelou said, "When someone shows you who they are, believe them the first time." I should have done that with Nicole. And yes, that's why females have a hard time winning this type of game. #CrabsInABucket
