After watching BBAD and the Nicorey show, I vote to evict NICOLE! Oh wait, that was season one. I wish America could put up a 3rd nomination.

Watching BBAD now. That merry-go-round must have lasted 3+ hrs. Corey has a LOT of patience.

Morning Kenny, and all who follow.

The secret is out, and Paul, as is his want, ran around the house making it perfectly clear he had figured out the secret. Of course, he does this in front of the entire house, and so the entire house ends up going into the secret room. And surprise, surprise, in the most blatantly obvious rig in the series history, all the HG's get an envelope with a ticket, one of which is a return ticket to the BB House. The cards all have names, so the winner has been predetermined by BB. Given the rules, the fact that if you open it, it is void, and requirement to give it to Julie on eviction, I suspect there is more than one return ticket, but once that one is used up, the HG's will have to return the rest of the cards. My guess, Da, Frank, James, and Nat might all have return to sender tickets, in order to keep them in the next month.

The HG's are miserable for me to watch, especially Paul, who exhausts me with his mean spiritedness, loud obnoxious posturing, and all around bad spirit. I can barely watch when he comes on scene, which is EVERY scene, it seems, except James and Nat.

James appears all in with the Bros, outing Da info to them about Corey/Nicole, specifically to Paulie. They agree to keep it between themselves, which becomes Corey and Paul within minutes. This has reshifted the target back to Da, and later, after the secret room hijinks, to Da, Bridgette, Natalie. The boys KNOW, if they try, they will win. Victor has also risen up, made a target by Paul, since he told someone about the room and the code to get in. Z is right now, back as the "Victoria" of S18, since Paulies' entire frame of reference is S16.

James and Nat went back to the secret room today to hangout, and Nat has the quite reasonable idea, that James and her should periodically enter the room, to see if something good shows up. I hope they keep that idea to themselves. They are just about the only thing watchable on the feeds, besides Frank and Bridget.

Big Meech is melting down about how she is being perceived. I don't think she is much of an entity on the show, but too late for the live feed perception.

BB has always been about the HG's playing against each other, AND against Big Brother. If they were smart, and understood the nature of the show, they would evict Bridgette this cycle, since the stated goal was separate them, and Frank is much more likely to have a return ticket then Bridgette is. Frank would then be available to Bro it up with Paulie and Corey, and they could use him to get rid of Nicole for them, who will be awkward to boot for Corey and Paulie both, especially if they want that Jury vote.

I don't believe anyone left in the house is that smart, but I do expect BB to start dropping hints in the DR starting today. So, my big prediction is this twist will lead to Bridgettes boot prior to jury start (which will be a mercy for her, IMO), and the HG's are going to have to contend with two boot cycles to get rid of Frank, or keep him around for a month, when the twist ends. I expect the same for Da, and potentially James and maybe Natalie, to keep them in the house until close to Labor Day.

I wish I could give a fuller and more nuanced view of the house and the game, but there is not a more nuanced scene to view. They are in full on demo derby mode, Paulie is like a little general, and the boys seem to not notice or care, and the girls are much more concerned about ragging on each other, and worrying if the boy of choice is somehow paying enough attention to them.

Have a great day.

I don't look at the feeds much. I can't stand paul and he is so loud he is everywhere all the time. There are very few secrets and the house is living week to week for the most part. My biggest surprise is that paul is still there.

No names on envelopes, numbered. Nicole has repeatedly said she has #12. Also, Paul/ie said the only ones they do NOT want to get a R/T ticket are Vic/Frank/Bridgette/Da.

I have mixed feeling about James and Nat mostly James. He is not a favorite player of mine as he rarely plays the game rather opting to spend most of his days sleeping and hiding. He does come out for a big move every now and then but like last year he prefers pranks and throwing candy. He has acquired another Meg in Nat and lets her, like Meg make most of his decisions. Even Julie said James primarily comes to have fun not necessarily here to win. He and Nat have accomplished their goal to get to jury so they will just hang out until that move comes about. When Da lied to him about Frank going after him he didn't even care to check it out with Frank he just accepted it and said throw the bum out, never doubting that Da could be lying and just making game moves. He doesn't play Big Brother in my mind just plays along. Nat also lets James coach her on how to stay invisible and yet seems to feel she observes enough to give him advice. I really wanted to see the HOH comp as she had told James she could have stayed up there challenging him and yet to find once again she wasn't challenging anyone she just popped off. So its doubtful to me if the comp ability she imagines is anywhere other than la la land. I hope they close the secret room as these two do not need another room to hide.

Good morning all, Yesterday was fun watching the house guest scramble. Paul running around like his life depended on it. Others, just watching, waiting for someone to figure it out. I think Bridgette had it figured out, but Paul would not leave the phone booth. That is why he decided to go ahead to the room with everyone watching. He thought it was a special power of veto, and did not want Frank or Bridgette to get it.

Paulie changes his mind everyday on which of the girls he wants to be his Victoria. You would think someone would figure out that he is playing Cody and Derrick's game. He is not a Cody or Derrick. I just can not figure out if James, Corey or Paul is his go to the end with.

I think the boys made a big mistake when they took Paul in. He is all over the house. He does not miss any conversations. At times he controls the house's actions. They think they can take him out any time they want. He proved yesterday that he is smart and competitive. He bashes Victor, but has Victor in his back pocket. He will not be easy to get rid of.

I am so disappointed in the girls this year. The first week or two, I thought they had a good, strong five. Day could not help but ruin that and the 8 pack. I still do not have anyone to root for. I like James and Natalie and their cute showmance.

Natalie is the only girl that hasn't fallen into the cattiness and has recently started to drop the dumb cheerleader act and show much more game savvy, but only in front of James. I think she has a good read on the house but she sat back for to long and doesn't have any real allies now to fully trust other than James, and his big move this week breaking his promise he made on the wall upset her so that damaged that trust a little. She is the one I find myself rooting for these days, because I just can't with the rest of them. I loved Nicole last season, and I keep trying to like her this season but she is to much with her whole Corey drama, and I'm a Frank fan but he's most likely gone this week because he played to hard to fast and upset people with non-game related behavior.

Morning all! KeninVA , while I think it's possible that the envelopes could be rigged somehow, I don't think that they had their names on them. They are simply numbered, and the HGs were allowed to choose which of the numbered envelopes they wanted between those that were left. Michelle is the only one who didn't get to choose which number she received since she was the last one in.

If they choose to rig it, they'll have to find a way to get their hands on the envelopes before the evictions (maybe have them all turn them in for safekeeping?) or have Julie do a switcheroo. Actually...since they haven't asked them to turn in their envelopes yet, they may not rig it that way. And I don't know how they could pull off a switch with Julie on live tv, so maybe it will be on the up and up.

......

I wonder if they will tell the HGs this is only a four week deal?

If TPTB want to do a switcheroo (for Frank or anyone else), all they have to do is call for a lock down with everyone outside. I'm sure with all the cameras, they know where each hg has stored their envelope and what # they all have. It wouldn't take but a few minutes to have someone sneak in and switch Frank's (or anyone's) ticket. If Frank wins a return trip to the house, no one will be able to convince me that this all has not been tampered with.

Piggy-backing on your idea, kokomogirl, TPTB could tell the HG to put their envelopes on the memory wall by their pictures for safety, ya know. Then during an outside lockdown it would be easy to do whatever switches with the envelopes.

I have a no big deal to anything about TPTB and rigging, every time I watch a comp it becomes apparent that there is scripting involved some of it pretty out there so in our home we view it as a interactive play of sorts and don't get upset instead we just enjoy the show we see before us and wait to expect the unexpected. So making the circumstances turn out the way they see it suits most viewers doesn't surprise us. Does not mean that their isn't a lot of liberties taken with this game and the cast but it helps us deal with some of the more obvious moves. So its their show and whatever they do is just entertainment to us.

One more thing that's not actually not Live Feed Discussion BUT since they're all asleep: Andy Dehnart of Reality Blurred has posted that his casting contact at CBS let him know that they are actively casting for BB19 to be televised THIS FALL. He admits there is no place on CBS' schedule for a BB19 this fall, so says they'll either have to rearrange the schedule or more likely put it on CBS All Access.

I post his info with this caveat: While Andy Dehnart is a respected journalist, he did get the names of this year's Returning Houseguests WRONG, so he may be misled on this tidbit as well. But it's interesting to ponder.

I can't see it this fall not with Thursday night football. Plus they keep trying new shows in their lineup which is causing some of their other regular shows to be delayed from typical September starts. I think this year they have a few new shows (Bull, Macgyver, etc) that's got to be squeezed in somewhere.

I am catching up with BBAD ....Nicole /Cory talking nonsense that Nicole keeps rehashing... then they cut to Paul and Paulie for two seconds at the exact time as he was saying "high school, exactly " then they cut back to Cory and Nicole. It's about at the 33 minute mark it's hysterical and tells you what the man/women behind the camera really thinks of the Nichole...or atlease that conversation.

It's in the first hour after dark at the 33 minute mark and I think it runs into the 34 minute. But he cuts in perfectly to say "high school, exactly" then right back to Nicory.

OMG, the Nicorey soap opera on BBAD last night was more than I could take! This passive aggressive stuff from Nicole is getting old. I kept telling Corey to just shut up since there was nothing he could say or do to deter Nic from rehashing the same ole' stuff over and over and over. When they started showing those 2 exclusively even though there were others up and gathered, I turned the TV off and went to bed. Enough was enough!

Actually all they have to do to rig this is simple. They already know what # each HG got, when they lock them down in the HOH room on Eviction Day, someone goes into the house and switches out the envelope with an identical one with whatever ticket TPTB want that person to have. Or they could teach Ms Julie how to do slight of hand and she can switch them out on stage, that would be more "catchable" - therefore not an option for TPTB in rigging the game. Since, they have eyes on the HGs when we don't, they know where each put their envelope and switching them out with the HGs or LFs knowing would be a cake walk for them, they just love Jeff Loops and Fish.

My question is what penalty would someone get for opening or tampering with another HGs? I.E. - Paul goes and finds Franks and tears the envelope to make it look like it was opened or flat out opens it to see if it's the round-trip, what would TPTB do to Paul?
My hope would be immediately put him on the block and with some penalty votes.

Each houseguest should put a signature across the envelope seal. At least that way it would be forced to a Julie slight of hand.

I think we might be missing the point. ''America'' wants to be able to rig the twist. They need this one used, because it affects timing of the show and this is obviously the next thing to a jury returnee, or a reset week. I am sure, someone is going to be saved of the next 4 boots, because production needs that to happen. If not Frank, then Da. They have been the principle narrators. That job is not going to Nicole.
