There's a big yellow thing in the sky. Not sure what it is, but is nearly blinding me. 🌞

It's so weird to see such a majority in agreement on the inmates.

    BASKET OF DEPLORABLES:
Monte - so full of himself that he's ripe to be knocked down.
Cornbread - not much of the promised fun, already making enemies in the House and with fans.
Scott - not the 'cute' nerd, he's the creepy weasal slinking back to inform on those he pretends to be aligned with.

    THE STEEL MAGNOLIAS:
Morgan and Alex - have somehow managed to hide their sibling relationship secret, while quietly playing the game.
Whitney - has the deer in the headlights look, all while also having game knowledge.

    MOTLEY CREW:
Jason - entertaining perceptions, but learned zip from his first run. Holding court and smoking is more important than game (or life) initiative. He's rather have fun than win.
Kryssie - I watch her combine quiet friendly conversations with various HGs, with loud TMI pronouncements. The guys in the game view her as angry, so she's become an immediate target.
Shelby - Smart, but is hiding it by being goofy. Nobody knows she's an attorney (and future clients could be turned off by her persona and laugh).

    THE EXPENDABLES:
Justin - Let the good times roll, I'll cook for you and entertain you with wild stories. Wait, I'm in a game show?
Neeley - Let's talk about shopping (I actually had to check the cheat sheet since I'd forgotten about her). So far, a non-factor.
Danielle - I'm the new version of Zakiyah, less tears, already have the baby. Don't hate me because I'm beautiful, Steel Magnolias.

    LEADER OF THE PACK:
Shane - Quietly observes and hasn't p*ssed others off (yet), but has linked up with a Deplorable Trio who could pull him down. Started a showmance which could also sink him. Has an obvious target (or tore-gett as Monte would say) on himself, so has to walk a fine line in the game. I worry that he's chosen the wrong partners for a long run, though they may be shields as the game proceeds, but he seems to be off to a good start.

AT THE END OF THE DAY (couldn't resist dragging our that hackneyed BB phrase): It's the player who can successfully zig and zag, rolls with the punches and accurately see future moves who wins the game. But week one does set the tone and momentum. Remember Nicole grabbed the HOH and got Paulie to play pawn that week, showing she could be manipulative. The interplay from we fans should keep the inmates in their toes moving foward.

Wonder how they'll react to 3rd nom and how Veto comp will go. AND I wanna see those darn Diary Room confessionals!!!

Hi'ya Betty ~ I haven't watched the feeds regularly, so I was wondering why Cornbread is no longer a fave and seems to be on peoples hit-list? ( Both HG & with us fans) Thanks.

As always excellent, BettyBoo I get Shelby being in the motley crew group but do think she has potential. She is doing a good job building relationship with Morgan. For me Shane and Shelby are the most interesting HGs to watch. Both are in risky groups for their survival.

BettyBoo...well said, especially like the name of Steel Magnolias...those girls have potential. Jason has really shown his colors, and I am over his manic entertainment...much too late he is trying to build relationships outside his circus' but I've seen both Shane and Cornbread rolling their eyes. Sadly, me too. Do get him out and let's see what this group can do. Justin is fascinating in this game environment. Already the alpha males are disregarding him, and the girl gang also shows no negative reaction. Together Monte and Cornbread could kill almost anything talking it to death. I'm still liking this and glad to hear from all,of you.

I love how Monte and others have pronounced him as a competiton threat, yet there have been no competitions. Shane is the only one that has said muscles do not equate to competition beast.

Catching up after Saturday College Football.
I don't think I really have to say this, but is there anyone not convinced that Monte is just as smart about BB as Jozea???
          Then check this out -

          Friday, 9/30, 9:43pm, Cam's 1 & 2
Monte in the HOH room talking with WheatKnee.
Monte, the know-nothing about BB is arguing with WheatKnee, the Superfan, that HOH's, including him, are not allowed to play in the POV.
Monte - "I'm safe anyway, why would I want to play in the POV?"

______ <-- (insert a WTF emoji here as none exist to depict this emmense stupidity)

Lol...good grief. I do, however, suspect that if Monte actually KNEW the ins-n-outs of the BB game, he could be a dangerous threat. If he doesn't wise up and learn it fast enough, his ass will be toast.

I was watching that when he was telling her he did not play in the POV. He almost convinced her he was right, I laughed at him.

I agree with you about how Cornbread can talk things to death. I caught some of the conversation between him and Scott, it seemed like they were talking around in circles.

I am having a hard time knowing which girl is which. Who has the voice that is similar to Julia and Liz?

Apparently, the Interwebs is all a buzz because Cornbread is really Honey Boo Boo's uncle. Seems to be lots of video evidence out there and this seems to explain why every time he starts talking about his family, BB changes the cam.

Just passing this along as I am not a Honey Boo Boo fan.

Just now getting to watch the feeds today.

Now I know why I do not like Cornbread. Anyone related to HoneyBoo, needs to go.

I am undecided on Scott. He is doing well for a nerd. He is in two large alliances. He needs to work on how he relates information. He was trying to save Jason, not throw him under the bus. However, how he put it and how Monte took it, hurt Jason.

Whitney is in the girls alliance, but they need to watch her. She will sell them out if she needs to. She is trying to get real close to Monte.

Do not know why, but still liking Shelby. I hope she is just acting right now. I know she is smart.

Justin, big question mark for me. I think some of his ways is an act. Everyone seems to like him. Waiting to see if he has any game.

Kryssie is only on BB to get a recording deal. She has said this.

Jason is not a good BB player. You can not go in, lay on a couch, smoke, wait on people to come to you and get along in the game. I am ok with him leaving but would love to see Monte's plan fail.

I get the rooting for a Monte fail. He would come unglued. He has worked so hard to be sure he's got control ...of the world.

I so want to see Monte's plan fail, slap him right up the side of his head with it. I think he would be so shocked and scurrying to repair any damage he has done while being paranoid that he was the new target. DRAMA!!!! I wonder how they are going to announce that America gets to nominate and vote and how they will react to our choices, what they read into it all. We know that the last crew misread so much in the care packages we sent.

I think the problem with Justin, is he know nothing of BB. He's clueless, however I like him to some extent. He's friendly, funny, a good story teller too. I'm not crazy about some of his crudeness though. I'm hoping someone who does know the game schools him on it.
This season is so different in how they are doing things so it will be interesting to see what happens.

Justin is such an airhead, opening that door in the backyard and have the lame nobody told me. He was rebuted with didn't you read it in the instructions? Of course not. Then he comes out of DR and talks about the spanking he got, so immediately gets the production commandment, Thou shall not speak of your Dairy Room sessions with other house guests. He also has asked when are the shows? Ah, 24/7 numbskull.

Monte may be obnoxious and ignorant, but at least he's trying to play the game.

I am really liking Alex right now. The girls are not sure they trust Shelby, will wait and see. Alex told Morgan, she was starting to look like her. That she had to go back to wearing her makeup and no glasses.

And there's the Steel Magnolias plotting and planning on the supply room. Looks like my girl Kryssie is getting a get outa jail card, as they have pushed the nom to Danielle. They are smartly worried about Shane, so this a subtle move against him. I haven't seen how they moved Monte to make the move, but I suspect they changed his mind. Then the sisters are alone with Alex telling Morgan she has to wear usual makeup. Tricky tricky girls.

Anyone watching the sisters in the SR? Alex tells Morgan she has to go glam it up and put on more makeup, spray tan, fake eyelashes, no glasses, wear her crop tops. She tells her Justin keeps asking which ones they are because Morgan is being too casual like Alex. Morgan says what am I going to be the house sloot (she says that for slut). Alex says that's how you are in real life. They have some fun with each other. When Morgan leaves Alex says she can't believe she is working together with her sister.

They are letting Shelby into their group with Whitney, but still guarding what they tell her. They like her, but not fully trusting her yet.

I hope Justin brings this up with Jason or the rest of the Jamboree, but I would think they might get suspicious if she all of a sudden stars glamming herself up.
