Next vote is the Care package - pick a veto. This really just benifits the house - not the winner of the care package. Which is the way many of the packages seem to be. I guess we have to wait to decide who we want based on the HOH winner tonight.

Hopefully tonight will see Monte evicted
I would like to see Neely win HOH to see how she will do.

I do not want Scott, Danielle to win HOH. I think showmances the first week of the game just are terrible TV- when the blossom later in the house like Jeff and Jordan then they are OK.

I want to make a Danielle a have not this week. She is really rubbing me the wrong way and needs to be knocked down a peg. I would put Justin in there with her just because he would cause a jealousy factor to the showmance <evil grin>. And the last one would be Shelby.

Showmances are not an issue for me. If HGs chose this route then they have to know this puts a target on them. I view obvious pairings in the same way as showmances. To me there is no difference between Shane and Dani than between Monte and Morgan or for that matter Paul and Victor. It is what it is, two people pairing up to benefit both.

Can't wait to see how this HOH ends. It will be ironic if the plastics win again. Will this extend the fan support for the Jamborees?

I am considering either Dani or Shane for have not but not together. Shelby is also on my list. Looking for others that don't have strong ties to my choices.

@GrandmaSue I read your post for yesterday's discussion. I know what we say on here can be a little harsh and upsetting to some, but watching the houseguests on the feeds will bring out many emotions and thoughts by us. It's not pretty but it happens. In general we just try to critique the gameplay, the strategy unfortunately when their behavior is front and center then that gets picked apart too. We never maliciously set out to hurt anyone that comes to read the forum, but with that being said I have to add this forum is milder and kinder than some of the other Big Brother forums out there. This is the only forum that I am a member of, even though I do visit others and read what people have to say, I find this one to be the most suitable.

GrandmaSusan I read your heartful message yesterday. I've read much worse things in other sites and the moderators here keep us from going too far in language. And honestly we smack each other back of we're not seeing the whole story to present a pretty fair picture of the houseguests.

I'm sorry the relative was upset with what we are writing, but the simple truth is that if you appear on a show like this with cameras and mics on you 24/7 you are going to be judged by the public for your actions and words. You gotta have a bit of a tough skin to go through it, since everyone out there isn't going to love you.

But, I do believe that relatives have a harder time since they're more defensive of their loved ones. I think about the nastiness directed at Paulie last season and how upset his Dad was about it. But I also watch how Paulie has handled it, by staying out there, remaining positive with a smile on his face. Just this morning saw a video posted by a young lady in a wheelchair with Paulie doing volunteer exercise therapy. It doesn't excuse Paulie's words or actions while in the House, but it does show you can come out the other side learning from the experience.

So I understand her unhappiness over our words, but we are all judged fairly and unfairly in life by what we do and say and can never please everyone. It just gets magnified when you're on a television show. Hopefully the family member on Big Brother will grow from this experience and see our criticism as a tool to improve.

So as Lincoln said, with malice towards none, I will continue to express myself. I'll try to be fair, but sometimes my inner snark will escape. But, will attempt to give credit for good actions or game moves, even when I don't like the person. Or criticize those I do like, when they screw up like Paulie. But even duck tape won't shut me up.

As far as the Care Package 📦 I'm still leaning towards rewarding whichever side doesn't get the HOH. So if Jamboree wins HOH, I'll vote Alex. If it's the Plastics, then I'll vote Neeley or Shane. Want to experiment with our lab rats to see not only what they will do, but how they interpret our vote. Cue my Mad Scientist laugh combined with evil rubbing of hands. 😏

I will try to give the care package to one of the Plastics(I really do not like that name-the girls are not plastsic-) The Jamboree side thinks America loves them all and hates the other side. I want them brought down a little. So no matter who wins HOH, I will vote anyone but Alex. I want to save a better one for her-if she is still there another week. It wold be funny if Shelby won the next one. It would not help her but would really confuse the Jamboree side.

We must remember that future care packages get better as the season progresses so we don't want to give this one to someone we want to stay in longer, giving them a chance for a CP later in the game when it may be more needed. I have no clue yet who I would like to get it this week but I'm leaning toward giving it to the side that does not get HOH.

Right now I am leaning toward Danielle for sure. Thought about putting Justin in there but he would cook for her. Danielle, Kryssie and ??? I really do not like Kryssie. I do not think Danielle or Shane would handle the Have Not very well.

Got my 20 Monte votes in this morning! I went to bed before the Diary Room sessions were over so I've got some catching up to do. Listening to Monte talking to Scott and that fruit loop dingus has no idea what is going on. Does he really think the Jamboree are going to vote out one of their own members? Does he truly think Shane is going to vote to keep him over Dani? Does he really think the other side is as dense as he is when it comes to reading the house? I just can't with this guy........

Can't believe I am saying this but I feel sorry for Monte. This is just not a venue for him. His morning talk is so washed in his insecurity.

I don't mind him going home. It must be hard to be in an environment where you know you're so disliked. He needs to go home to family and friends. He's a doofus but didn't deserve the meaness he received.

I hate to see the Plastics get picked off one by one. Either side really. This group is so divided. Watching one side hate and pick off the other side will not be fun for me. If that's the way it's going to go, I'll cancel my feeds and disappear till next summer.

I keep hoping that realignments will occur after this week is over. Unfortunately, Alex didn't make decisions for her game alone. This will hurt her if she try's to rebuild trust with people on the other side. Whitney seems to be in the best place to maneuver.

Let's be honest, without our fan votes, the Plastics would have already picked off Danielle and Kryssie and the Plastics would be running the House. But this year WE ARE the gang running the House. But, we are watching and will smack down anyone we perceive as not playing the best game.

I wonder if Monte really believes his sunny view that he will be there tomorrow or if it's just to buck him and his team up. I just didn't hear anything in the DRs last night to change my mind from voting him out. But, we'll see after the HOH how things go for Care Package, nom and Have Not.

Another factoid - Tallest bldg west of the Mississippi is 73 stories above ground. Monte just declared that's not very tall. 😕 Obviously these facts will be the HOH comp and the Jamboree core 5 had them down pat last night. How are Plastics doing?

I look forward to seeing the comp, shouldn't take long. I can't fall asleep on another endurance comp!

I think he believes all of his hype after all he knows everything. His new obsession is that Dani and or Justin will kill him. Also he firmly believes Dani will attack Alex if she is voted out. He has said that once the eviction is announced he will jump up and place himself between Alex and Dani.

I'm reading more on Twitter 🐦 that people are voting for Danielle. If he survives tonight and wins HOH, he'll be unbearable. They'll have to widen the HOH door to get his head through.

Help me with something, Monte keeps saying that America can't nominate him for eviction next week because we nominated him this week. I don't think this is true. Am I wrong?

He is correct. We cannot nominate the same person 2 weeks in a row. But he's not going to be there next week so no worries.

I know many won't agree, but I do believe that much of what Krissie is saying to Monte is words of wisdom. She is very observant of life. (Based on her conversation BB time 4:15) She is giving him great advice.

Yes, but in general her advice to Monte was spot on. Obviously though it didn't sink in the way he is spinning everything she said to who ever he encounters in the HN room.
