When is the best time (times) to watch life feeds? Since I’m a newbie in that respect... thanks

Really just anytime the house guests are awake and you have free time to watch. Once they get more settled in, their "sleeping time" (no exact time) will be around 2 or 3 am BBT (PT) until around 8 or 9 am BBT (PT), which would be 5 or 6 am ET until 11 am or 12 noon ET.
