      Good Morning

Happy Eviction day everyone! It will not matter to me which one goes I can do without any of them, but of course I hope that it's Jess. I hope they make it permanent and they burn the bones so she can't come back and haunt us! (I'm a big fan of the show Supernatural, so I know ya' gotta burn the bones to keep the ghosts away, lol)

I'm with you Lynette. There is no friggin way Jessica is America's choice for anything, unless it is a bunch of single guys who voted for her because she's hot. With her and Cody in the house, I just CAN'T. I have to actually turn the sound down on the show when it's the two of them.

Jessica has been in the top 4 house guest rankings for a long time. Easily could have gotten the votes.

When Jessica got the temptation, she had been bottom 3 for almost 2 weeks. Magically, the last few days she's been top 3 with Cody. I don't know how.

I watched last night's episode this morning so frustrated on so many levels first that ring of temptation Christmas shouldn't even be allowed to stay in this game if you get a serious enough injury to impact your game you have to be taken out.. old bb would of never let someone stay with a broken bone!
Love otev I cannot believe that Christmas uses her ring of replacement and cannot complete again :-/ how is this fair to let a houseguest stay when they can't compete in EVERY challenge.. if she ends up winning this game........ she is making it to jury already they should have a big problem with it.

I'm of two minds on Christmas staying, as well, mainly because of her own health, but she is an athlete so probably understands injuries and the consequences a lot better than the average person. If it were me, I'd be home with my own things around me, lazing with my Kindle and my dogs. As far as the other cast members, she's a vote no matter what, and not all of the comps are physical ones. So until the numbers get down, she's an asset if she is aligned with you.

Ogbigbrother, love that avatar of yours.

You have to wonder what happens if she gets put on the Block and the veto is something she can't play in can she named her own replacement or does she just have to bite the bullet and not play and not get taken off the block.

I don't think it would be fair for her to choose someone to play in her spot. She chose to stay in the game, so IMO that's the chance she took should she end up OTB.

    • #6
I agree if you are unable to complete every tasks you are chosen or required to participate in, then you should be removed from the game. She is a vote in the overall decisions made and not even actively pulling her weight.

I agree not only is her comp ability affected the pain Meds mess with her decision making and moods in the house. It's a shame she is really a badass in real life. Sports Illustrated featured an article on her she was training for the Olympics in cross fit and a has been the only female in the NASCAR pit crew. Her first week she was on the block she went for a vote instead of competing because she wanted to see how the house was aligned. it was a great game move. Could have seen a lot more from her I think.

Morning All. I wasn't sure that Big Brother could stoop any lower or actually ruin OTEV for me. A sadistic pig wanting souls in a cemetery spitting out goo onto women's in short shirt costumes. It was a disgrace towards woman and the whole thing was completely satanic and distasteful. I guess I shouldn't be surprised if they wanted Paul back , I mean come on if Production loves sadistic pigs so much Paul fits right in. The whole season voodoo dolls, potions , hexes it's too much. If the show continues like this it's going to get cancelled. The whole thing is like a Halloween nightmare gone wrong.

Interesting convo with Mark and Jason yesterday. Mark is fully aware Paul called him out was BS, and is fully aware the only person saying and started that Cody is making people uncomfortable is Paul. He says the reason Paul doesn't like him and is calling cody out and getting the house against him is Cody knows everyone follows him like dogs because he is the only vet and people don't know how to play or know the game. Jason agreed, he said Cody and Paul are both alike, said he liked Cody but he left and he had to go to the other side. I think Paul is in trouble if Mark or Cody win HOH. If they can get the votes or not is the question.

Production has had it with Josh and I think he has learned that he needs to keep his mouth shut. Matt and Paul were trying to get Josh to egg Cody on so he looses HOH comp by saying he is the person who got his girl evicted. Josh said he cannot say anything anymore or is going home, but Matt and Paul are welcome to tell Cody that themselves.

Expect to see Cody and Marlena targeted unless they win. The pawns that the other put up will be the real tell of sides and who the crew find the most expendable. Maven talked about putting Paul up, but he'll never go for it.

Happy eviction day. I'm really hoping Jess sees the article leaked by BB and tells us what is really happening behind the scenes there. Would love her to sue CBS for putting her into a bullying and harassing environment and inflicting emotional distress. Maybe it will make them restructure to have the cast be more level headed older people , less PDA, people with more independent thinking, and kinder Jordan and Jeff types, and funny Kevin types. This season is too much. All of it.

Not sure I'd call it 'leaked' MrsEmmaPeel and Ladychef but the article bbfan is referring to is the TMZ one .. I posted it HERE if ya wanna go check it out

At any rate, I dont think I buy that BB 'leaked' it ... I think TMZ 'reported' (and I use that term loosely with TMZ anyways lol) on the situation from what was being said both in the House by the hamsters as well as fans 'out here'... as for the videos, they were readily available to any feeder so I'm sure it wasn't hard to obtain by TMZ and it proves that what's been said is happening, definitely happened. I don't think that can be used as a slander issue because it's not untrue. She did do it. And while the HGs didnt say anything when it happened (which I have to agree with y'all...seems they sure would have if it had been an issue) they definitely are talking about it now and in a negative way.

I don't like Jessica..not in the least... so I'm sure my feelings are affected by that fact.. however, I don't find it the least bit funny what she's doing/has done. I think it's crude and immature... stupid really but apparently it's a 'thing' nowadays that some do find amusing? At any rate, done jokingly or not, if the roles were reversed and one of the male HGs had done such a thing, he'd have been booted no doubt about it. So that part of it I find to be a level of BS.

It's all whatever though because I'm 99.9% sure Jess is (finally!! woohoo! ) gonna be out the door tonight! yay! And let's be real here, I doubt her 'career' or life outside the house is gonna be bothered/hurt by this... considering what her job is and how she apparently views life in her 'real life'. I imagine the company she keeps/friends she has wont give two craps about it.

      Morning all...
I disagree with many on Christmas. Using her temptation saved the day, and the fact that she couldn't compete had no effect. Her alliance knows there is a risk she won't be able to compete and they asked her to use it anyway. As DisMom said, they aren't customizing comps for her, so my belief is if she is able to stay in the game without competing, then good on her. Big Brother is the only reality tv show I know that it really doesn't matter how you win...there is no one way to play. If you win without ever winning a comp, you still win. Sometimes social game matters the most. Every year is different: The correct way to win is to get to the end any way you can with the majority of the jurors voting for you.

Christmas not playing in a competition for which she is chosen is no different or disqualifying than Jessica choosing to throw the haunted house comp by running out the full 15 minute time limit or Caleb sitting down in the comp trying to give Frankie a disadvantage.

They all chose not to play...just in different ways.

I still don't see ANY logic in her throwing that comp. In ANY case either Jess or Cody (high likelihood of both) were going to be on the block and thus, playing veto. The scenario ONLY worked out because Cody won the competition. Those competitions are so random that that, with eight or nine people playing, it's impossible to say someone is GOING to win. If Jess would have won, and Cody didn't finish last, Cody would have been able to play in the Veto and safe from Xmas' temptation. The better "plan" would have been for Jess to win and Cody NOT to finish last. I'm not buying that what happened was a good idea.

All good points Nono as usual, I was more concerned with her pain meds and that affecting her decision making ability and mood in the house. There are several that have said you can't even talk to her while she's on her meds she's so crazy. She has been the only houseguest ever to cast an eviction by phone and her hearing part of the show and the votes casted when no one else did affect others games. She got and gets to be away from the pressure cooker during therapy sessions and surgeries casting, It's already a small house and her scooter and seeing her try and get up the stairs to the HOH is not a good environment for anyone. She said they would have let her come back another season.

Bbfan, we actually 100% agree!!!!!!!! The external eviction vote was bogus in my mind. Either remove her or, at the very least, she shouldn't have gotten a vote.

Once they kept her, I do view her ring of replacement as valid. HOH's have used HG choice to puck someone who will knowingly throws the comp, so I don't see an issue with her not competing.

    • #9
I totally forgot why I signed on this morning...I have a question! Do y'all know what type of comp the HoH is tonight? The reason I'm asking is that they had an awfully long lock-in for just a normal comp, but the noises over the loud speaker lead me to believe it's not an endurance.

Oh...just as I was typing it dawned on me that they may be setting up for the special Friday night show, too. This time last year they had Ziggy Marley play and a type of carnival on the Friday night show, so maybe that required some set up because I don't think they've taped that yet.

But if anyone has heard the word endurance, let me know. I don't want to miss that.

I see it different as Christmas is a competitor and would never sit and allow another to win. She physically is challenged and cannot compete. But still has a vote. Just doesn't seem fair.

I thought at the time she got injured that she should have gone home. But since the decision was made that she could stay and the comps would not be altered to accommodate her I am okay with it. As far as the fact that she cannot compete in a lot of the challenges only negatively affects her. It leaves her more vulnerable knowing that she is probably not going to be able to compete for many of the HOHs or try to save herself with a POV. There have been a lot of people on the show over the years who didn't have a realistic chance of winning challenges and were only good for their votes. Victoria (I think that's her name) from Derrick's season comes to mind.

Yeah he was not egged on by anyone the first night when he got so close to Megan he was spittting on her yelling shut up I don't like you nobody likes you. I thought he was going to shove her or hit her. It's no wonder she felt like he reminded her of the person she was sexually assaulted by and had to quit. Paul does make it worse telling him to keep it up you'll get Americas favourite player and America loves the harassment though.

Josh showed what he is right off with his attacking the lady that walked off the show. Josh is dangerous in my opinion, when he goes off he is frickin nuts. Then like some creep runs and cries. Unstable maybe. Just my point, he could seriously hurt someone and most likely a female.

I didn't like Josh at first. Then, I started to like him. Now, he is back to my dislike list. I think he gets way too emotional; however, this last uproar (IMO) was Jody's fault. Jess started with him and Cody escalated it. I understand everyone saying that they are pushing Jody's buttons; but neither Jess nor Cody has been an angel and I believe that EVERYONE in the house has been nasty to others.

As many have stated, two wrongs don't make a right. I also personally believe that many are solely blaming Paul and, while he has been influential, he is one person. If the HG do not act in the best interest of their own game, and they voluntarily place targets on their backs by acting like idiots due to Paul's suggestions, then Paul is doing a good job deflecting, which is a strategy. They need to stand up to Paul and just say no to him.

My take on the slime is they were shooting low to make sure the ramp was slick. And the way a couple of the "ladies" dress are no better then the slime (wet t shirt) they chose what they wore - so up to them -- the pig made me laff and the "soles" was a great play on words (also made me think of the clown shoe episode) I am more disgusted with the "jody" porn and good grief they kiss LOUD. lol oh well some seasons are better then others we at least have each other and no camera lol

I'm not sure on the whole souls v soles thing. They asked questions and got numbers on the number of people, and went to a cemetery to do so to get the number of people inferring they are dead souls. If they wanted to talk about feet shoe soles the number would have been doubled.
Woman dressing like that is one thing, but making them get slimed by a pig in their face, boobs, and privates close up is a whole another level.
that's my point. This is supposed to be a family show on prime time for all viewers to watch. , and they're bringing satanic cults, sadistic pigs, voodoo dolls, and defacing woman on it. Crossing a line for me big time.

I didn't watch the show last night, a deliberate action on my part. I've also stopped watching BBAD. So I can't comment on the sexual overtones of the outfits or slime. However, assertions that this is a family show and lines being crossed are off point. I remember in BB8, there was a competition that required the HG to remove all their clothes. They were playing in bubble filled pools, but plenty of blurring was required for the broadcast. I don't know how wet shirts or sprayed slime are worse than being required to strip.

The sad part is when she leaves tonight, she goes back to her life. Cody will end up sitting in jury thinking about her for the next ?? weeks. He'll still be smitten when the finale comes. She will have moved on. It'll be a kick in the gut for Cody.

I especially like him not just from his personality but he has a wonderful ability to deflect anything negative about him into good. Like Alex figured out he was the vote, but he killed her with kindness and got a 4 deal with her. He found out Raven and Xmas didn't want him in final 5 so he killed them with flirting /kindness until they both have mentioned taking him. For being so old and supposedly not knowing the game that good he's playing it well. He's got a piece in all sides.
