Morning all-I guess Audrey had to give us one more crazy night before she left. Not that it changes anything. I have to wonder though what she really wanted out of the talk with Shelli? Did she want to ruin the game of as many people as she could?

I cannot wait until the show tonight.

Morning geo, Luanne, and all who follow,

The house is far from equilibrium, right now, and so the season of seeming random alliances/shared interests continues. Audrey will go home tonight, and Shelli not giving her anything of consequence, when she came out of her lair yesterday afternoon, pretty much shut down any opportunity to scheme or gain traction.
I have decided that like a binary agent, Shelli and Clay together, are greater than the sum of their parts. They seem to have the kervorka around them, drawing people in. We (I) don’t see it from the TV screen, but in person everyone but Jackie seems drawn in.

Austin blew up his game this morning. He told Jason about the twins, names and all, and solicited his help in keeping him and them in this week, and when the twins come in, telling Jason, boot Julia, and I will keep Liz off your back. When Jury starts, you can boot me and Liz. Jason could not wait to tell Meg, Shelli wandered in, and then Shelli drew in Vanessa. Vanessa and Shelli were dumbfounded, but when relayed to Clay, he knew exactly what was up. Austin wants Julia out before Jury, and him and Liz in jury, so he can “get a piece of Liz. That is his 500K.” Shelli is going to feel Julia out, about whether Liz really likes Austin (sorority sister to sorority sister), and then do the same with Liz. If they get a could feeling, they are going to blow Austin up to them, and hope it pulls them closer.

In related news, Shelli is slowly dropping more hints for Vanessa to bond with Meg/Jason/James. Shelli definitely wants Vanessa as her third wheel safety net, and appears to want to reform a JJM, SCV, with SCV having the twins on the side for leverage. I don’t know how Clay would feel about that, but it should be a little frightening to enter the mid game in that configuration. In that lash up, I think Clay only gets loyalty from Jason/James, over Shelli, and when the cutting time comes, he would be the boot.

Meg asked Jason, “do you think Vanessa has a F3 with Clay/Shelli”. Jason answered “I don’t know, but if Vanessa has a deal with anyone, it would be them, and not anyone else.” Vanessa has successfully deployed her “I only make short term deals, and stick with them, and am all alone” story, and it has somewhat stuck. Good news for her, as it makes her less vulnerable next week.

Scheming and planning around Austin on the feeds today, as well as any final Audrey farewell antics.
Silent Six – Minus (Austin) have lowered their target profile, really only being vulnerable to a Jackie HoH, and potentially JMac.
On top of the house, Shelli and Clay
At the absolute bottom, Austin, most likely to go home next week, and I am still praying to the BB gods for Julia to win HoH, Nom him as a “pawn” to guarantee Liz is reigning HoH by Austin throwing BoB, and then getting his groping fingers cut off as the house boots him out the door.

I'd like to see Austin gone, but it might be a smarter game play to keep him. He obviously doesn't want to win the game, so get Liz into jury and Austin will be begging to be put up and go home. Why waste a week getting him out now? Clay is much more dangerous in the game since he is welded to Shelli, and they are playing to win.

BTW, even though Austin is behaving in an inappropriate way, Liz is, too. She's using him to protect herself and her sister, and allowing Austin to believe they have this connection, and be continually fondled by him doesn't look right, either. So they can both go. I kind of like Julia, though. I wouldn't mind her staying in the game.

One other thing about Austin, I thought it was hilarious last night on the show to have him say he wants to pull a Judas and do a hinky vote, when Liz is the one who did the one they are all wondering about.

Will AG want to keep Austin around to get more of the Judas Effect? Now that Audrey will be gone, and the twin twist nearly done, she might want to keep him for another couple of weeks.

Anyway, those are just some thoughts I have this morning.

Good morning, Geo, Luanne, Ken & Border. I'm catching up, and just read that Steve was adamant that Audrey is not breaking any rules -- what is that all about? Why does he think that? Because if anyone would know the rules, I think it would be Steve. Ideas, anyone?

Because Production has given Audrey permission the rules aren't really being broken. Don't know that this has actually been confirmed or just what she is saying though.

Hi everyone, for some reason I was drawn to the feeds last night despite the obvious status quo regarding Audrey's elimination, and I am so glad I watched. It seems that Audrey's talk with Shelli has only helped to dispel whatever doubts Shelli had about Vanessa. Then Austin gave Vanessa the ultimate gift, his game play, which raised him to numero uno boot status. Aside from how creeptastic his fixation on Liz is, wanting Julia out before Jury and actually sharing this makes him look bad to Liz, Julia, old alliance members, and Jason. It's like he lost brains cells as his "love" for Liz grew. That's great because I am hoping either him or Jackie gets evicted this week. Somehow this move has removed him from Vanessa and even brought Shelli, Clay, Jason, and Meg closer to Vanessa. IMO this buys one more week for Vanessa, and after her damaging game play this past 2 weeks, I'll take it. I come here to see if I read that scenario right and it seems Ken agrees, Obi wan has spoken, and I am very happy about the possibility that Vanessa is save from Jason and Meg. I guess that POV move to save Jason wasn't for naught after all.

I think the question about Shelli and Clay having a F3 with Vanessa clearly shows that Jason and Meg see that Slay is playing both sides. However, even with that knowledge, Slay still manage to be high on everyone's affinity list. I have to say I am really impressed with how well protected they are in the game, and I completely agree with Ken that their sum is better than their whole. Somehow as a couple they appeal to people more than as separate entities. Vanessa is slowing working her way in with Jason and Meg, and they even had a little game talk sometime this morning, and after that, while Vanessa was in the restroom, Jason and Meg shared a boot list of Steve, Austin, and then the twins (in that order). They seem to think that Steve will be good in the later competitions, and would like him booted before he can save himself or win HoH, and make it to the end. Steve was my 2nd fav after Vanessa in the beginning, but that spot is currently being contended by JMac and Jason. I need Steve to start playing because I personally refused to root for anyone who isn't playing the game.

I am so excited to watch the live eviction tonight. I really want to see how Audrey's eviction would be handled by her, Julie, CBS, and Shelli (depending on the amount of cheers Audrey receives).

Audrey revealed to Shelli that she will not be booed, that CBS promised so I think we will only hear cheers and probably by CBS people. As for Austin, that guy is thinking with his little head. Guys that do that always lose in the end.

So, last night was Diary of a Mad Woman on the feeds, huh? I'm excited for this eviction to be over. I really don't like the way CBS has handled this one and wasn't too thrilled with their portrayal last night on the show. If Audrey's statements were true about skipping press and having pre-approved or "soft ball" questions from Julie, then that is just sad as well. Why is there this need to coddle her? This is a reality show, we want to see the breakdowns and the craziness.

I can't wait to see how this house shuffles after tonight though and to see how many more alliances are made.

I'm not sure why CBS is coddling her, but it could be that the person who was called in to speak with her thought that it was in everyone's best interest to softball her questions so that she could "cope". Who needs a meltdown and drama. Julie shouldn't have to content with that....but with that said who knows what Audrey will actually do. Shelli is worried about her "speech" before the voting begins. She is worried that Audrey will blow up people's game.

I have been hoping JMac would do something besides his role as pawn. I see all these alliances listed here. Is there anyone he is actually aligned with? Maybe I'm missing something. Maybe I will need to transfer off his train.

Don't you think he believes he is aligned with Clay and Shelly still? Remember when they were in the HOH room and Jeff told Clay and Shelly that this is their new aliance. I believe it was Jeff, Clay, Shelly, JMac and Jackie (?). He was loyal to Jeff until the end. He shares a lot of information that he finds out with Clay and Shelly.

        • #10
Morning, everyone! Audrey singing to the cameras wearing her blanket as a cape last night is a classic. That gif will be around for years to come...

So Austin admitted that he is a Super Fan of Big Brother. He watched the live feeds every year from Season 6 to 15. Wow...you sure would think he'd make smarter game moves since he actually knows the ins and outs of the game, right? Gracious.

And Audrey has been on Ativan for days....hmmmm. I guess that's why they let her eat and sleep.

It was very interesting hearing Audrey's assertion that the psychologist in the DR actually validated Audrey's belief that she's been betrayed and this isn't her fault. I doubt that the psychologist really did that, but I'm wondering if Audrey truly believes that she received that validation. Maybe she knows she didn't and she was just using it as a ploy against Shelli. Or maybe she really is delusional. She says she's not doing Press Day after she's evicted, but I hope she does so we can find out how much of this was strategy.

I wonder if CBS will tape this eviction since there is no way to predict how Audrey will behave. If the feeds go down and stay down, they may be doing just that. I'm even more curious after hearing Audrey say that TPTB confirmed to her that she won't be booed. The only way to ensure that is with a CBS audience, I would think. Either way, I can't wait to watch tonight.

Go Jason. Go John! (They were my picks last week for HoH duo, and I'm sticking with them).

I'm not sure about the Ativan for days..her constant sleeping (and being allowed to do so) and the rare upright walking trips to the bathroom being 'zombie like' might make me lean more towards believing it though.

As for what the psych told her to 'validate' things..I seriously doubt that. If so, they need to hire a new one (psych) because what kind of true mental health professional would do such a thing to someone who is obviously unstable ..only making them worse instead of any better? I think that, along with the other 'production help threats/ideas' she threw at Shelli were ploys to work Shelli. How she thought that would help get her anywhere is beyond me..but the chick IS unstable and delusional, IMO. So she probably believes what she is saying and believes it would help her somehow.

The "won't get boo'd" bit? I totally buy it...I am fairly certain, as cute mentioned, CBS will have a 'special' audience for her. I think that and the possibility of 'selective questioning' by Julie is total bollocks and while that's all fine & well ..once Audrey actually leaves the CBS 'protection' she will be sent spiraling by the reality of the 'real world' and the actual genuine reactions she receives.

Ken, don't you think it would be smart for the twins to start working different sides of the house. Julia seems to spend time with John, Becky and that side of the house. Liz is stuck with Austin. By working both sides, they have a better chance for one of them to get further in the game.

I was happy to read that Meg and Jason were talking game with Vanessa. I would hate to lose her early in the game. I hope she calms down for a while.

Border,---- it might be smart to keep Austin around as a target , but I am ready for him to go BEFORE jury. He is acting like a love sick 13 year old.

I think they have. Julia has been with Steve, alot as well as time with Becky and JMac. Liz has been stuck with Austin (Austin stuck on her is probably more accurate) and both have been able to bond with JMac and Jason over the Whackstreet thing. Jason even said, his opinion of Julia has changed after spending so much time with her.

This cast is weak on strategic thinking. Jason saying, get rid of both twins, makes no sense. If you get rid of one, and have a relationship with the other, sending the second out right away is brain dead. You want them both out by F3, but before that a non-competitive, unstrategic player, that you have a relationship with, would be a good thing to keep in the game. That is one of about 100 examples from this group. Vanessa has the clearest read, in fits and starts, about where she is going, but her main early plans have all blown up (Austin and Audrey), and under pressure she channels S15 Amanda on the block at 3 A.M. licking her lips, talking a mile a minute, and seeing conspiracies in every corner. All she is missing is the pizza boy, half comatose, laying under her for a nightly molestation.

I just think this cast is truly going to play week to week, the most unpredictable kind of play, and with two of the dominant forces out of the house, due to overplay early (Jeff and Audrey), this group is likely to careen like plinko ball, moving randomly down the season. It makes it hard to predict, but fun to watch.

Totally believe this. I would think that Shelli and those she has relayed her convo with Audrey to..will at least know (and hopefully let the others know) that this is most likely a 'fake' audience due to Audrey saying TPTB told/assured her she wouldn't get boo'd. With so many of them being fans of the show and therefore *should* remember instances from past season of stacked audiences.

I guess we'll know by the fishes today if the eviction will be prerecorded. I guess we'll know today if Audrey has showered. HAHA. I guess we'll know today if Julia is told that Austin wants her gone so he'll have Liz all to himself. So many things to know today. I can't wait.
We really need nice things by someone else getting HOH tonight. If someone besides SS wins we'll probably see some secrets revealed. Austin's fandom, love lusts and stupidity was revealed last night so if it works out (but we all know how that works out in BB) he's undesirable no. 1 and will be voted out next week. In what world did he think telling Jason would help him? Will anyone put Liz on one side and Austin on the other so he'll throw the BOB in the name of love?
One of the things that I find annoying about this season is hardly any of the house guest can keep secrets. Even if it means they put their own games in trouble. John has been the best one to hold his cards close to his chest but his secrets others know and tells the others. That will push him away from Slay and Vanessa when he finds out the whole house knows. The only thing he has going for him is with Day and James they did so bad it's hard to prove he was going to throw those BOB's.
I really would have enjoyed Audrey's play had she had scaled it back A LOT. Plus her little fit pitching has been ridiculous. She really could've made it far. The feeds would've been great. Her antics last night just gave me a complete psychopath feel. It's really scary.

The first two years that I found BBU I didn't even register. I had some major health issues and BBU helped me through those things when I needed them most.I still have those health issues but thanks to y'all during the summer I have a easier time dealing. Watching Audrey was a bit sad last night as her 'joke' laid a big goose egg and then she stood watching the others ignore her and go back to their group fun. She does have mental issues, which doesn't also mean she's not crazy as a fox using her problems to garner at least sympathy. How many toddlers will cry and cry and then turn it off immediately when you give into them. So you can be crazy and manipulative all at the same time. She will never get another Reality TV job at CBS and worse, this will negatively affect her personal life in getting work or in relationships, since who wants crazy to deal with?

She's not the only delusional one in that house. All I hear from James is what a stud he is with women throwing themselves at him. Seriously? Why do I have a feeling Steve or Johnny Mac get luckier w/the ladies more often. Even Jason has bunches of girlfriends-grin. Loved seeing that Jackie could barely hide her disgust at his comments. If you're really having women tossing themselves at you like I suspect Clay does, you DO NOT need to brag, which I haven't heard or see Clay do (unless I've missed it?). James is another one I wanted to like, but whom I can't stand now.

Austin, Austin, Austin. All I can do is shake my head at his dumb actions. He will return home with no woman or no wrestling job, never getting how he screwed up.

I'm befuddled by their fear of Steve, but I guess he's like the bag left in a public place. Is he terrorist bomb or just a forgotten package? Because he doesn't communicate well, he isn't trusted.

Meanwhile Jason moves up my list with his good humor and clear-eyed perception of the HGs. The SS were wise to fear him, so he should kiss Audreys stinky feet for the gift she gave him this week. But he needs that HOH win to cinch his status by making a bold move. (Yeah, Austin is the easy move, breaking up Slay or taking out Liz B4 she BOGOs is much better long run.)

I mentioned Frankies page in TV Guide & it's just one time thing for a dance show he's a judge on is premiering.
