Morning All. I love that Audrey is stirring the pot again. I can not figure out what her end game is with this. Can she just not help herself?

Morning geo, and all who follow,

Da is going home tonight. Audrey is stirring the pot again, and the best 10 minutes of the feeds this season happen at 2 am when Julia introduces herself to Vanessa.

Da has been a miserable campaigner, and the results will be that she goes home tonight, despite the considerable gifts she got in the last two weeks. The FF, the knowledge of the twins, and the LL have resulted in nothing. I wonder if Jason telling Meg about the twins was a deliberate sabotage, designed to get Da out, who is not a helpful ally, without getting any dirt on his own hands.

I don't know Audrey's plans, but she has stirred DaVonne up, and put Vanessa on guard, who thinks Audrey is trying to set up Austin, Liz and Vanessa to be caught on the downside of a vote.

Vanessa's end game plan becomes clear (IMO). She wants two pairs (Clay Shelli, Liz/Julia) and two singles (Austin, her). At the short game, all the stress will be on getting out unbreakable pair bonds. This configuration has the added advantage of being 4 women, two men, increasing the likelihood of a 3 woman finale. The question will be can she maneuver this group, with such big targets on them into the Jury phase, where they would have the numerical advantage.

It will be interesting to see the votes tonight, to see if Audrey really votes to keep Da. Other than that, not much to see today, but flash back to the Julia/Vanessa convo and the Vanessa/Shelli convo about two hours later.

With this mush of interlocking relationships in the house, and no clear house leader, or dominating alliance, the coming week is a total toss up. Most danger, statistically, is Audrey, Liz, Austin, James, but who ends up in the final two chairs is hard to predict. While Jeff and Shelli seem the safest to me, there are easily achievable scenarios that could see either go out the door next week. This is a very volatile house right now, which brings drama, which should make the MoDramaMamma's happy, despite the loss drama queen Da.

As always, this is just my opinion.

Ken, we just found out on the LF's in the wee sma's of Friday, 7/10, that Shelli, Liz, & Julia were all in the same sorority... I think that will increase the likelihood, that if Clay is evicted before Shelli, that Liz and Julia are more likely to align with Shelli over Vanessa.

        Vows are vows.

Same here. Don't know what it is, but I haven't been diligent in making sure I watch it like I have all other seasons. I'm not at all upset if I miss watching it online the next day either if I missed it when it aired. Oh well. I'm sure I'll get into it soon. If not, doesn't seem to be a big deal any more. I do hope Liz/Julie make it past the 5 week requirement. Or is it busted now that pretty much everyone knows now?

The feeds are great . I have stayed up all night watching. Which usually doesn't happen until weeks down the line. This year BB players hit the road running. What you see on BB tv show never matches up to what is really going on in the house.

PridesAnge103, the twins have a better chance of making it now that they are in an alliance with Shelli, Clay, Vanessa & Austin that was formed this morning. Last night Vanessa asked Julia if she was a twin switching in & out of the game. She said yes . Vanessa sent her to Shelli and Clay this morning along with Austin.

Always wonder when people so easily lie like this, how much is 'just' game play and how much is their normal operating procedure in life? Audrey reminds me of a snake in the grass waiting to strike and spread her venom. Once she does, she's had her fill and goes back into sleep mode. And even though they can hear her rattle, her prey just can't resist going back to her.

Austin seems to be operating under dumb luck. He saves Liz, having no clue she's a potential two vote person. Steve is this season's Donny who knows what's going on, but can't bond with anyone so he's just considered a hand grenade ready to go boom in the wrong hands, so they want him gone. (Note I don't mean boom-get angry, I mean boom-great winning game plays.)

I'm guessing Da will possibly get only 2 votes-Jason's & Audreys. Her people smarts are lacking, exampled by her targeting of Steve. And she couldn't win games when her game life required it. Love to see her stay and mess up Ken & Barbie, but doubt it will happen.

Tonight's HOH should be fun, especially if a Steve or John won, just to watch them awkwardly try to work with others to get a consensus move. Say what we do about Ken & Barbie, but they did get the house to accept 'Da goes this week, Audrey goes next' though that wasn't the original plan.

But Audrey will be awarded the golden HOH key for life tonight by Kaitlyn, so game over, HGs. Just remember to turn the lights off when you leave.

Your point about John being this year's Donny is a really good one. He better get into this soon but maybe just doesn't have the skill... He has said the activity level in the house bothers him.

Hey, Jen123!!!!! So glad to see you...

And Morning, all! So I'm delighted that Vanessa talked to Julia (I didn't know that the twins could admit they were twins...I'm glad they can). I'm even more delighted that KeninVA is finally helping me understand what the heck Vanessa is planning (thank you, KeninVA!). What I'm NOT delighted about is that Vanessa wants to keep playing with Shelli/Clay. That makes it hard for me because it make my brain go in loops. I want Vanessa and Julia/Liz to do well (not sure about Austin yet), but I want Shelli/Clay to fail. So how do I cheer for half an alliance and boo the other half? If my brain goes in that many circles, it will short-circuit and I'll have to start drinking wine before work. Not a good plan.

John is still my favorite player (TWO DAYS IN A ROW!), but I have the same problem with him...he reports in to Shelli and Clay. Sheesh. I love Steve too.....so I'm hoping for a John or Steve HoH win HoH tonight. I think. Maybe.

P.S. It's always a good BB season when MoDramaMamas are happy.

I am jumping on this train as well. Love John. I hope he realizes soon that he really isn't in an alliance with Shelly, Clay, Jeff and Jackie. I think that Vanessa has the potential to go all the way in this game, however, I hate that she is with Shelly and Clay. I can't stand to listen to them. I think I would be okay with Shelly if Clay were gone.

Morning KeninVA-always enjoy your perspective, Obi Wan. Morning, Jen, feel the same way about this cast: nobody to either out and out love or hate. Last year's cast had nice people, but mainly had our Donny to love and Derrick to admire his skillful gameplay. I find their acceptance of Audreys lies to be annoying rather than outrageous. Her lies are game play, not personal attacks, so I don't see her as a super villain (think 2 seasons ago). The others are just dumb to let her stay and stir the pot.

I agree w/Ken that Vanessa looks like the up and comer with the ability to shape the game to her advantage. But I'm not placing any bets yet since there's lots if game to go. Finally got BBAD last nite, but couldn't stay awake to watch, so will view dvr to hopefully get a better view of the HGs than the edited network shows provide.

Everybody have a great day (raining hard here in Detroit-blah) and on to the vote & HOH contest tonight.

After a week off I finally got caught up on watching all of the episodes. I have a few observations.
        • Da is playing way to emotionally. She wears those darned emotions out on her sleeve for all to see and in Big Brother, that's not a positive thing.
        • I really, really want to like Audrey, but she's making it very hard. I do like that she stirs things up as it keeps everyone (in and out of the house) on their toes.
        • I love the twin twist and hope that Liz/Julia make it through the next 3 weeks.
        • I liked the first BB Takeover. I'm on the fence about the second. I think there's potential, but TPTB have a way of ruining good ideas.
        • I'm not sure where John is coming from. At times it looks as though he doesn't know either.

Luckily for the twins, Audrey went back to her old ways. If this alliance can protect Liz/Julia for the next two weeks, I wouldn't be suprised to see the twins or one of her allies get a Coup D'etat in week 5 because TPTB would love that drama (so would I.) They tried it this week with Day but it's failing.

The second BB takeover would have been better a few weeks from now. They are still in a vote with the house mode.

Could this BB takeover be an attempt to stop them from having a house vote? Just wondering.

That could well be herms, but Da pretty much blew her chances of making it work to her advantage.

Funny that Steve, John, Da, and Jason all know BB the best, but are having tough times navigating in the house. Jason and John are doing better since they seem more even keeled and friendly. As has been said, Da's too emotional and takes play too personally. On the other side, Steve is too remote (I suspect mild Aspergers) so he has admitted problems reading social cues.

John is moving up in the game and Jason will survive for now w/possibly to thrive. Austin is another real fan who seems to have some skill, but more luck. He got a pass 1st week when he should have been nommed w/Jace. He saved Liz this week not knowing he was saving 2 allies from possible elimination.

I just know Audrey will win one of the HOH s tonight. She's like a dang in-grown hair that comes back to infect and annoy ya. Be gone, you evil wench!

Hello all... I wish Da would have stopped pouting and gotten into the game. It is so annoying when people say "watch out for me, yada yada", then pretty much do nothing to evaluate and help themselves. I had hope for her because I think she had a pretty good ability to read people. Pouting annoys me. I would like to see both Clay and Shelly gone. I don't find Clay attractive at all, and if he came at me with that stern face or voice, I would have laughed in his face. A little boy trying to look grown up. I think Shelly is fake from inside to out and back. I think Audrey thought she'd either be booted immediately or would be revered. Other than that, I don't see much personality in this group, but it does look like we are going to have yet another year of "what the house wants". It's a shame that so few people seem to be able to think independently. I haven't had much time to read.... did the phone calls mean anything yet?

This was the "last laugh". Da was given it by being the 7th person to answer the phone. It gives her the power to nullify three votes. So she only needs 5 votes to stay. But, just about everyone she is counting on to keep her are lying to her and telling her they will vote for her but really won't.

So Liz/Julia admitted twinnie (oh no, just had Amazing Race flashback) info. Suspect it'll get out and the HG smarties will realize if she's not your ally, Liz must go quickly to prevent 2nd player entry. But do they have numbers/allies to make it happen without Da-doubt it. So BB twist will help the Kool Kid group cored around Ken & Barbie.

Other interesting point is that they think Audrey has the Final Laugh, not Da, so they'll be a bit surprised when that's revealed. Won't change outcome, I think.
