The "plan" is for Clay and Becky to win the Battle of the Block, dethroning Vanessa, leaving Jackie as Head of Household, so she can be the HoH that puts Austin or Steve on the block as the back door plan. For Vanessa, this leaves the blood off her hands where Austin is concerned.
Jackie's first option as a back door is Steve, however Vanessa and allies Clay and Shelli have Austin as their target.
