This may be a light spoiler, but they actually showed at the end of the last episode that only 5 teams (out of 9) returned!

The four teams that did not return after the long break because of Covid:

Isaiah & Taylor (married gay couple/YouTube sensations)

Ray & Caro (newly dating)

Anthony & Spencer (childhood friends/heroes that fought the terrorists on the train in Paris)

Connie & Sam (married couple)

Because of Covid they've changed some things. The teams will be flying by private charter. The teams will be driving more to avoid public transportation.

I have both but rarely actually use/on them, especially Instagram. I open Instagram about once a month or so.

Good to know..I use Facebook more than Instagram- there’s lots of teacher stuff on there though..

First challenge is a Road Block... Take in the View.

Clip into a rope and hike down and around the mountain on a narrow trail.

Crazy rocky paths… everyone has their own escort

Ryan is the first to get the clue! Once they get the clue they have to go back to their partner.

[KennyERJ]

Sheridan should have let Akbar do that challenge!

The altitude has to have a effect too… Sherri might not have been the correct choice in that partnership (Sheridan)

Yeah, she should have let Akbar do it but good for her for fighting her fear.

Ryan & Dusty in first, followed by Penn & Kim in 2nd.

All teams except Sheridan & Akbar are back down the mountain on the way to the next clue.

Michael & Moe are first to 2nd clue, a Detour.

Attach ornaments to a belt OR perform a flag twirling/tossing routine.

Sheridan finally finishes the Road Block and they're on the move!
